Walked in to get my stuff transfer Michael the store manager was very friendly and helped a lot he had a store full of people and I was amazed how quick he got everyone phones I was told to go to another location but decided to come here it was the best decision I made mike really cares for his customers I recommend this store

complained about who was going to take the sale . Also complained about customer service or whatever it was. basically didn't want to help us so they locked out the account and wanted to just start a new plan. I'm not sure if it's just laziness or that they didn't know what they were doing.but we went to another store and they had no problem helping us.

Had the privilege of working with Jon at this location. We upgraded two phones and changed the name for caller ID. Jon was quick and efficient every step of the way and with some teamwork from CUBA everything went super fast. Jon was very knowledgeable and gave us an estimate so we could get an idea of how much everything would be. He also took the time to transfer all the contacts from the old phones to the new ones. Very happy to have worked with such professionals and it's good to see employees help each other out to better service customers!

Anthony is very helpful and knowledgeable answers all my questions and make sure I leave the store happy with my purchase. He takes his time in making sure I get what I ask for and also has shown that he can help others at the same time and that is a great talent.I recommend this store and for anyone to speak with Anthony in the future if they wish for great customer service.

Today I visited the metro store at Moog Road and I was treated with the worst customer service by an employee name Leilani. I was treated with disrespect, as soon as I ask this lady a questions, her first reaction was to roll her eyes at me and being negative about everything I ask her. She was acting like she didn't want to be there, all she had to do was verified that the order was mailed to the store, which by the way was there. The manager Judy had to step out to fix the problem. Judy was really courteous and verified that my order was at the store. Metro had to be more careful when hiring employees with bad attitude. Customer service must be a plus.

I went into this location with clear intentions on switching to another service provider, I was instantly greeting by Leilani. She listened to me complain how I was unhappy about my current services and I wanted to switch. She looked into my account and made some changes and also informed me I was ready for a upgrade on my phone. She helped me get everything switched over to the new phone with out a problem, she took her time making sure I was happy before I left. And also got my plan lower that’s fits better For me. Thank you Leilani! I will always be coming back to her !!

If there was a zero Stars option I would pick it for this store. I've never had such a bad experience buying a cell phone in my life. Diego lied about the prices of everything. Charge me for earbuds I didn't ask for nor did I want. He also put my screen protector on improperly. And I didn't ask him to put it on nor did he ask permission for me to put on the screen protector. When I tried to return the accessories he told me there was no returns allowed. I'm not the price difference was because of tax even though the tax was added in at the bottom of the receipt. Also policy says returns within 14 days and original packaging but he still claimed that there was no returns allowed only exchanges. None of that was stated on the receipt. He lied when he sold the stuff to me he lied when I tried to return it. He never once apologized, didn't even speak to me like a human being. I am shocked that people would even act like this. I've worked in sales before and I've never had to lie to anyone to sell anything. Diego must not be a very good salesman if the only way he can sell anything is by lying his way through the sale. I'm very disappointed.*****Update 9/17/2021I just figured out why my bill was $10 more a month than I was told it would be, the manager Judy told me it was for the activation fee.It was some bundle plan. I'm not really sure whats that about because I wasn't asked if I wanted it or even told it was being put on my bill.Someone from Metro reached out to me about this Google review to try to make it right, wanted me to go into one of the Metro locations and I refuse to do so because after my bad experience at two different locations. And he took that as an answer didn't care if I was satisfied or not.This is the last month I'll ever use Metro PCS !
