State farm helped a customer switch from Progressive to State farm painlessly and the customer had an excellent experience. In Florida, a senior with no accidents or tickets found insurance rates ludicrous, but State farm was kind and understanding, so the customer rated them highly. Another customer reported an excessive amount of miles being driven added to the account, causing an overcharge. Thanks. The customer was helpful and kind and State farm.

The insurance rates in Florida for a senior, no accidents or tickets EVER, are ludicrous. It isn't State Farm's fault, though. They were kind and understanding, so I rated them highly
