The two girls who have to be working in the store that day were both very knowledgeable about not only steel art supports but also other art supports and also about what would be best for somebody with my condition which flat feet. They were a tremendous help and I was enormously grateful to have had the help of two people who were both obviously very informed in their field, and also genuinely friendly and eager to help tne customer.”

“Emailed them after the limb on my Raptor Pro crossbow broke. Although it took a little over 2 months before I got a response it was worth the wait. They looked up my serial number and determined it was within the 5 year warranty period. Shipped it from Michigan to them and received it back 3 weeks later. Not only did they replace the limbs, but they also replaced the string, the cables, the left cam, and the string dampeners all for free. Waxed the string for me and even sent me a Realtree hat in the box. Very happy with my bow and the customer service I have received.”
