Awful. Worst in State. I just moved to area. Very disappointed. The store is over crowded. The staff is pleasant except one Caucasian, young , thin male. The lot is full of creepy men who try to hit on women. The young male, Caucasian in a red speedway shirt stood in front of door. I could not pass. I said , hi could u move? He becomes belligerent and calls me a fat Puerto Rican who should be more polite. I'm not overweight and I'm not Peurto Rican. I'm highly educated and well dressed. Shame on him. I will never shop here again. The racism and messy store not appreciated.

Maybe put signs on all the pumps that the store is closed. Not just the two little signs on the door. I waited for cashier authorization and obviously no one's there. People have places to be jobs to be at.

Will never buy fuel here again. Spent $80 on fuel and need the receipt for work but there pumps don’t issue receipts so had to go inside and wait 15 mins in line for a receipt and made me late to work. I will never buy fuel here again and spend over $400 a month on fuel.

Gas pumps are old as hell, unintuitive, and absolutely annoying. I don't shop here anymore. Get better pumps, Wawa is right next door

Amanda is the most unprofessional and volatile person I’ve ever met, I’ve met her two times and both times she’s been seen yelling at her employees in front of Customers. While doing no work herself, constantly outside smoking right in front of the entrance like seriously? &I just found out she the Manager!? What a joke. I will be sending an email to corporate as well in regards to her lacking knowledge of simple health and safety procedures. My last visit she had cashed me out while eating Food. She proceeds to throw a chip in her mouth, & without washing her hands touches every product I intended to buy. Covering my water bottle cap with Cheese residue. I have videos and pictures off the incident I will be emailing. You need to do better as a company. She obviously does not care how to properly run a store and is only in it for the paycheck. Absolutely unbelievable.

Corry that was sipping his fountain drink with the red beard. Clearly failed to realize he is employee with a job he is hired to do. I have been with speedway and mainly use speedway for many years. I have always stood behind speedway. I used two gift cards tonight with amount left on them. Then went to use my debit card to finish filling up my tank. Tried twice while patiently waiting outside for the employee to authorize my debit transaction. So I went inside to get my receipts and ask why I was waiting outside. Immediately was told I was being rude. He was only person in there. Did not have to do it. Or answer me. I said excuse me I asked a question. He then continued to be cocky sipping his fountain drink at the register. Told me I came in very rude he didn't have to answer me. I said what is your name. He said you can read. I don't have to tell you. Of course after waiting patiently in middle of night outside and then coming in asking. Being treated completely appalling. I was very upset. I simply asked a question and continued to try to get an answer. As a customer was simply trying to fill my tank up waiting for employee to do their job. Instead they are sipping on fountain drink acting entitled to not do nothing but treat customers nasty. I asked again what his name was. Said I don't have to tell you. Clearly you can read. When his name tag was worn and harder to read. So Corry with red beard Clearly needs to learn customer service skills or not work with public. Nor act entitled to do not do his job and treat people nasty. When they ask a simple question. Trying to get their gas and authorize transaction done at 2am. Absolutely no excuse for his behavior as a representative of Speedway. Let alone an employee of Speedway. Completely disrespectful and rude. I was told twice to leave when asking, Why it was not working. Trying to explain exactly what I was doing and figure out what happened. EVERY employee I have ever come in contact with at this store has been truly the nicest people til tonight. No one deserves or should ever be spoken too way Corry felt he could talk to me. I truly hope you review the cameras. He is held accountable for his actions as an employee. I did use choice words after being disrespected, as any human being or customer would do. I came in nicely asking simple question as a customer should be allowed and was doing. Was completely disrespectful not only as customer but as a person to be treated this way. While his entitled self kept sipping on his fountain drink being rude. I wouldn't question for a second, if there wasn't alcohol in it either by his behavior tonight as an employee on the clock.

I used 2 gift cards and then hung the pump up to reset for me to use my regular debit card. Debit card was having issues so I went into the store to asked for help, Corry was absolutely rude and so cold when I wanted to prepay for my gas while he's drinking on his coke. I understand it's Pasco and not the best area but damn I was trying to give my business and money here. I will be going elsewhere for my gas like Wawa across the street. Never have I been treated so ridiculous and rude. Not the first time this has happened either at this location

I went there because I needed to pull over to make a phone call and to GPS to my job safely . A Elder guy with glasses & a beard (I didn't catch his name) guy who worked there came out and yelled at me through my window while I was on the phone with my job. I rolled down the window and the guy told me to move " this aint no phone booth" he told me . I didn't even get to explain what was going on . The guy didn't care he just wanted me to move my car . I had to pull over into a wawa just to be safe and get the GPS going so I could safely locate my job . The guy at speedway was so rude . Like seriously it's 1 something in the morning and your in a well lited place. Apparently they don't care about women or anyone's safty. I wouldn't recommend stopping here period.I would rather go to a wawa or 7eleven where people care about people's life safety and well being. I am sorry but I am not gonna get into a car accident over a phone call or GPS . Even a officer would say I did the right thing pulling over. This guy who works here needs to eaither be removed from his position and switched with someone else . Safty is always number 1. Doesn't matter what time of day it is. ??

Went to purchase some beer...they had 8pk 16oz cans Coors Lugjt shelved & priced at $6.99...picture for proof...grabbed 2 cases.. went to register. Informed cashier...cashier Rebekah R along with Manager Amanda went to cooler and verified the quoted priced merchandise. Amanda didn't want to acknowledge or honor the price. Informed me that it couldn't be override in the sytem...just carried on , beat me mad @ their mistake. Then I just grabbed the 4pk marked at $11.99 ..Amanda responded by asking are you going to pay what it's priced for...cause according to you ... Bottom line. Her defense didn't make any sense ..she was dead wrong! And her unprofessionalism was uncalled for!

Stopped in tonight 3/3/23 at 1030pm. The guy at the register, at first seemed nice. I paid for my first transaction. However, I also wanted to purchase lottery and people started to come in behind me and get in line. This man had the nerve to tell me, " Hurry up there is people waiting behind you." It's not like I was taking forever to decide, but like how rude can you be to rush a customer like that. Like am I not still your customer who waited patently for my turn to make my transactions. Honestly, if I didn't have to pay cash for lottery, then I wouldn't have to split my transaction into two different transactions. I almost just told him forget it and ask for a refund for my other purchase. Then go to WaWa right next door. A little advice don't rush your customers just because a line started to form. Instead let them finish whatever transaction or transactions they came to do. This store has really gone down hill. It used to be my #1 store for many years, until they started not caring about their customers, who by the way keep you in business.
