“This plaza has a variety of stores and restaurants, including Panera Bread, Zim Zari, Craft Street, China Express, Little Greek, Chili's & Christo's (breakfast & lunch diner) as well as several fast food choices, including Chic-fil-A. It houses a Publix grocery store, Pet Smart, Ross, Marshall's, Sally's, a UPS Store, several fitness and/or nutritional places, Heavenly Nails 1 (a small but quaint nail salon with friendly staff), a liqueur store, Mattress Firm, and I believe 4 banks, including Wells Fargo, Regions, Truist, and BofA. Plaza is accessible to/from Trinity Hospital without needing to go out to 54.”
“Friendly and helpful staff, the restrooms were very clean. I also got some chicken and potato wedges from the deli and they were super fresh and ready when I ordered.”
“This place has different food options and I love that it has a healthy place. Like SofreshAnd it also has different places to buy such as target, Publix, CVS, and other places to that sell ice creams and delicious cookies you can also find banks.”
“I went there with a friend of mine to a place called "Mammas" a Greek Restaurant late at night ( around 12 am) to listen to a live group that plays there old style Greek music every Friday and Saturday. I have to tell you guys that as a modern European who grew up on EDM and American artists like Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, and Bad Boys, this music was something else and this group makes this a very special place. The music was unbelievable and very hard to describe it but it created the atmosphere of love, happiness, and just peace! It's great for a date night or just going alone to listen. I don't think a lot of people know about this Greek restaurant turning to a wine bar at night. The group is made out of 3 people. A singer, a guy who plays a guitar, and my dear friend Bo, who plays the electronic piano, which is like the rest of the instruments that he controls all by himself and I mean to the tune! When he first showed me what he does for a living, I understood but didn't get it. It took at least 6 meetings seeing him talk about his work and playing music on his phone to understand it, but once I saw it live, guys wow, I mean, wow, old style Greek music, and the singer was so special too! I mean, it was just so lovely and refreshing to listen to them play and the way that Gorge Clooney style guy sang, so slow and soulful, but nothing like New Orleans when I say soulful. It has nothing to do with Jazz. It doesn't even sound like it! It's something else, and you just gonna have to check it out for yourselves! Have fun!”
“There are stores here that I really like. Also, it's nice because you have almost every store you need to hit, in one PLAZA! I love going to Southgate one stop shop. For me anyway!”
“There are a number of good places among the Shoppes at Cloverplace. We ate at Positano's and loved it; best Italian restaurant in the area! We also stopped in at Mystic Fish to pick up a menu; looks really interesting for a future visit. Nice little shopping center”

“This plaza is full of many different options most popular is the Publix there, nearby like many other plazas there are a variety of shops ranging from liquor, salon, to even small businesses. If in the area I would recommend just as much as any other plaza around here.”
“We love shopping in this area! TJ Max is the best, Beals, Big Lots, Ulta, Publix! Our favorite “fast food” hibachi express, our go to nail salon Got Nails. The Walmart is very small and does not carry everything but it’s great if you have a small list! This area has so much shopping in such a small area it’s wonderful! If you’re looking for a great afternoon of shopping in a condensed area go here!”
“It's a nice little strip mall. Adequate selection of stores/restaurants.Parking lot is well lit andcwell maintained.Buildings all seem to be in good repair.Laundry, food store, restaurant, thrift store and bar.”
“Well maintained and lit at night. They need to consider where they do not have stop signs. There have been multiple accidents in their parking lot due to lack of stop sign.”

“I love Seabreeze Shopping plaza. It's close to home. Lots of convenience stores for things that I need and it's a nice place. It's clean, there is plenty of parking and it's right off of US Hwy 19”
“Lots to enjoy here aka Winn Dixie Plaza. McDonald's, Chinese, breakfast Cafe, Bank of America, and Planet Fitness, Pet Supplies and more, Oasis Cafe with live performances and a meet up room. Can't forget about Slice of Life Pizzeria, liquor store and more”
“They made this plaza so nice. There's a great big Publix that's beautiful inside. A great Chinese restaurant with delicious food. Fishbowl is great for poke & boba. Lots of other stores and plenty of parking.”

“I always find something unique and special at the shops in the Sponge Docks. Very reasonable prices and very unusual gifts. I especially love the candy store and the fudge store. On this trip I purchased tiny little mini rosaries in multicolored crystals that were very detailed and they were also a necklace. They were in a tiny bottle. Drove back there today to purchase more of them for my friends. Tried to find them online and could not and what they were offering was not nearly as nice or as reasonably priced.. my friend also likes the olive oil lotions and soaps and insists on going there every time she's in town to purchase more”
“Difficult to get into the shopping center if you're going North on US 19. Difficult to get into the Shopping center if you are going West on Curlew. Can't turn Left ( at all ) when leaving the shopping center in either direction. Not sure what the solution is. But, there's construction on US 19 as of 12/'23. Good luck!”
“Food is generally excellent kind of a little pricey, but not too bad for what you get, always feel like you get plenty of food and services. Usually pretty good, parking can be a little limited at times and only sometimes is there a wait for seating”

“We came here to eat at Harold Seltzers steak house. Never did go into the rest of the mall. There was plenty of parking outside of the restaurant. The lot was clean and not overly crowded.”

“I haven't been shopping here in a while but I would like to mention that the strip seemed to have fresh paint. Burger King also had a full renovation. And it seemed to be free of the usual problematic type of people that usually make the shopping experience less than inviting.”
