I went away in the military for several months planet fitness told me my account would be put on hold when I got back they're trying to charge me$108 I was told to my account would be put on hold that obviously was not the case when I spoke with them and told them that I would cover half the cost but not all of it considering I had not been in the gym for over 90 days they were not willing to work anything out with me I told him this is the way that you treat your military people I will be sure to let others know in return I'm joining crunch fitness which will waive my annual fee for the first year as long as I put a review on planet fitness website letting people know how they treat military people

This gym is the worst. Always water leaking all over. Also letting teenagers in for FREE all summer so all of us who have to pay for our membership are paying for these kids too 14 to 19 years old. Most don't wipe down machines, they come in multiples (2 or 3 usually) then you who pay to go to the gym have to wait until they do all of there reps while also chatting, texting and just taking there time with no consideration. It makes me hate this gym so much that I am looking into other gyms. I don't know how anyone thinks this is right or fair to paying members on any level. Especially the people at this gym who put this practice in place. It is just soooo wrong. I only go here because it is the closest to my home. It disgusts me on sooo many levels.

Is the worst gym that I’ve been in all my life, old machines and if something broke doesn’t get fix quick, it’s 2 matrix machines broken for over 3 weeks and nobody care ?

If those leaks are not fixed soon I'm canceling my membership. You have water damage and it's been that way since I became a member in May.
It's like a ghetto facility in there.
I'm concerned about mold at this point.

Arianna and Willy were very helpful. Seems well laid out. Much improvement over the one in Riverview, it was a poorly run disaster. Riverview ignored my request for last 2 mo. refund after I moved, not even courteous enough to call back.Strange, rude, sad, poor customer relations.

I had to take a moment to send a little praise. First and foremost this facility is outstanding! Clean and the staff is awesome. 2nd is CHRIS (Asst. manager) Chris, you Sir have the most incredible compassion and customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Thank you for going above and beyond for my situation. Thank you for having understanding. Thank you for listening and THANK YOU for being YOU!!! You forever have touched my heart and I will remember you always!! Just when I thought I was giving up hope you came forward. Thank you!

The worst customer service around, go somewhere else. You just lost 3 people today for being a wise guy running your mouth at the counter. Even kept talking as I was walking away. Lol the guy didn't even care I said I would be canceling and wise guy said I can do it right now, great retention only been a customer for 6 or 7 years grest job!!

This is only getting two starts due to the great people that work there. They are friendly, helpful, and they keep the gym super clean.
The two star review is for the technology, and their corporate support. For MONTHS they have had technical issues with the TVs, and for MONTHS they can't get it resolved. They can't get channels to work, sound to play on all TVs, or replacement TVs when one goes bad (its just an empty space now). I've talked with management there who explain they are doing the best they can, but corporate does not support them or help with escalation needs with local service provider. I've gone back and forth with their corporate team via email, who tells me 'this is very important, can you tell us what the local management told you?' Why should the customer be the liason between the store and corporate? DUMB. They tell me the issue is very important to them, but literally for THREE PLUS MONTHS they can't get their issues resolved. Go to another PF, or just pick another gym. Corporate office doesn't care about this one, or their customers.

Most of the staff is friendly enough. Repairs are needed the ceiling is still exposed at least most of the buckets collecting dripping water is removed. Part of the women’s locker room is still blocked off from it. Many of the paper towel dispensers are broken. I asked an attendant how to use a machine the only answer I got was to scan the QR code on the machine. I am not putting another app on my phone couldn’t he just tell me. The total body enhancement was down for weeks due to the leaks. No compensation for not having all the black card benefits available. Some of the equipment seems like it’s original with need of replacement. One machine in the 30 min room has been down a couple weeks yes you can go to the main area but why should I have to use the clock when the room is designed with the system for use! If it was not for the convenience of this location I would definitely have signed up for a better cared for gym!
