“Well stocked for small animal pets - they don't do horses or exotic I don't think, but for your cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, etc., they have just about everything you need. The staff is super friendly, and the process run less than you'd pay at Publix! Plus, they have a better selection on pet foods. And, the best part to me, I'd your pet doesn't like what you bring home, they take it back and if it's opened, they don't just toss it, they donate it to the local Humane Society! You don't see that very often!1.5.24 update: I just found out they do same day deliveries, thank goodness! I had been sick for over a week and didn't wanna go out, but this is where I buy Earthborn for my kitties and pup, so I was making my list. My order was over $30, so delivery was free, same day, and HOURS faster than expected! The driver was friendly and helpful. My favorite store and they deliver! It doesn't get much better. “Ami and the staff are all top notch awesome! Ami is patient and kind with my nervous Shih tzu, and allows her to be nervous without any frustration and come to creative solutions to keep her as comfortable and that shows us she truly cares about our little girl :) all staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have a huge assortment of collagen bones which are the preferred reward for our little pup :) thank you all for being so awesome!”

“I am very happy that you stopped this woke madness, garbage; however, you talk about animal welfare, yet you still carry glue traps, which are the most inhumane way of trapping and letting a rat or any animal die a horrendous death. Birds, squirrels etc can get stuck on these horrific inventions!”
“I bought my blue quaker here 2 weeks ago! He was in the store for his whole life. His birthday is today, he's 2 years old! He's a happy bird! He's taking to my 6 y/o and my partner as well! We love him. You can tell the store employees care for him & the other animals.”
“First time using salty bottom. I ordered a clean up crew and everything they sent was alive and well. I never received an email with the tracking info but that’s minor. I feel like they even gave me a higher quantity on some of the things I ordered which was nice. Good experience, I would order from them again.”

“I want to thank Jennifer the shift manager and give her a huge hug. I came home from work to find my dogs fur covered in blood and I panicked. Although I deal with this sort of thing with humans each day all my experience and education did me know good at this time. All I could think of was go to the pet store and I knew I had always seen smiling faces at the pet supermarket so I headed there. I was greated with a welcome to our store and this was 10 minutes before they closed. I found it reassuring since most places want to push you out there doors at closing and Jennifer
didnt all she wanted to do was help fix my 4 legged baby and reassure me that all was going to be OK. She listened to my situation and immediately suggested the products that would be perfect for me. Not one time did she try to push me into overpriced products. She asked me questions and listened and sold me products that fixed my baby. As i was leaving she asked me to return in a week so that i could let her know how he was doing and not just for another sale. The customer service i recieved from Jennifer will make me a loyal customer. Cokee and i say thank you Jennifer (shift manager at pet supermarket) sincerly Randy”
“I don't know what happened to the one star raters, but everyone has an opinion. This place has everything you can think of. Yes it is cluttered but that is because they have so much product. They need a place the size of Petco because they have more inventory then Petco. I don't know about the rude employees, because I was treated fine. I have lived here 20 years and have never been in before because from the road it looks like a little whole in the wall. It is much larger than I thought. I have aways shopped at Petco or PetSmart because they are the big boys. But I had a major problem with my aquarium and lost all of my fish and went to Petco and PetSmart for some answers and got them. Both the employees that helped me in both stores told me to come here because this is the only place they go for fish and supplies. I am a believer. This is also the only place I will come from now on.”

“Recently my dog had a grooming appointment and ended up collapsing during a bath. The attendant's name was Alexis B and the I am sure the others that day helped as they quickly alerted me and rushed my dog to the nearest vet office. I arrived later and turns out my dog had a small heart murmur and stress might have caused the issue. He seems to be ok now. PetSmart also paid for the vet visit and continues to ask how he is doing. People like this are the ones that understand service is feeling and should be rewarded with good comments. Thank you to the team there and Alexis for helping my Hucky Dog through a difficult time.”

People do have off days and that my have just been hers.
Before you go and judge some one you might want to look at both sides of the issues.

“Brought my cat in to get her vaccines/boosters today. Scheduled the appointment online where I filled out some basic information about her. It was very simple. I arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment as requested and was immediately seen by the kind Vetco staff. There is not a separate area/room for Vetco/vet services, so be aware that if you have a reactive animal the treatment area is simply a couple of tables in the back of the store. My cat received her vaccines and I received the official license and rabies vaccination certificate. We were in and out in 10 minutes and the treatment was fairly priced (which are all available on the website). I would recommend this Vetco location to anyone who needs vaccines/boosters for their pets!”

When I was younger my dads office was close yet a little far and had to walk here sometimes just for the fun of it cause what else dose a 8 year old do at an office and so I went almost everytime I was with my dad at work or we drove past to go the dent and the people who work here never EVER said anything rude (I buy here almost every couple of months) I have gotten snails fish spiders crawfish EVERYTHING from them also it is a little dirty on the ground but who. Can. Blame. Them! They work all day to keep things clean! Imagine for a couple of hours having to clean this amazing store over and over cause some tank spills a little!
