Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a nice selection of reptiles and fish along with fresh feeders of all kinds. Recently adopted a crested gecko and a baby bearded dragon from them and they are both thriving in their new environments.

Never returning to this place after the service I received. I came here looking to purchase some fish but was unsure about a couple of things in regards to fish tank care and maintenance. The person I spoke to in store, I believe their name was Ray seemed disinterested in helping me and was trying to get me to come away from them as quickly as possible. Wouldn't come back here again.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.....I am in customer service, and hospitality. So it's very rare I leave a bad review. I bought my grandson a simple beta fish. It did die right away. The manager on duty was beyond rude. He offered to replace the fish, but not honor my refund on the equipment and solution bought. Yes, I did use it for 5 hours. He could of cared less, in fact I'm not sure how this man is a manager in retail at all. I can understand the refund part, it's their policy. It was the lack of customer service, that will prevent me from ever going back here again. There are many other pet stores who appreciate their customers.

Amazing customer service, my dog is stage 3 and prefers one brand whuch few locations carry, it has been backordered everywhere for weeks including manufacturers site.I came across Petcity NPR online and he had 24tins left. He saved them for he until the end of buisness day as it was a long drive for me!!! I cannot remember his name but I believe he is the owner. He had chec with his suppliers weekly for me to see when it will be back in stock and even offered to call me back once he gets a definite answer! Now that's customer service, you can tell he truly cares unlike the many many other locations I've reached out too. Once I gets his name(middle aged Asian gentlemen, so so kind) I will update post as he deserves ALL the credit.I'd also like to mention as a avid fish keeper I noticed all his tanks were in beautiful condition!!!! Although it's an hour drive he has 110% gained our buisness, they truly take pride in thier buisness unlike many of these large chains. Kidos again to pet city in NPR

I didnt like this place when it was Pet Authority and I dont like it now. Today, I went to the bank next door and just happened to need mice for my snake, might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone. I walked in and asked the man at the front counter if they had frozen mice. He said yes and went back to what he was doing. I looked around, couldn't find them, and I went back to say I couldn't find them and he goes "yeah they're in the back room, I have to get them for you." This man let me walk around the store aimlessly looking for the mice. He couldn't tell me that when I asked if they had them? Rude. Wont be going back.

Disgusting mistreatment of animals. Not only were the small mammals in tiny dirty cages (the bunnies were in cages only about 2x their own size) but the reptiles were completely neglected. So much so that the tiny baby Asian water monitor was dead. This obviously wasn’t a sudden death as it was extremely skinny. The water bowls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks as they had algae and slime growing in them. One pair of lizards had no heat lamp. Both baby chameleons were on the floor which chameleons only do when they are in bad conditions as they are arboreal creatures. The smaller of the baby chameleons was severely dehydrated as you can see in the photo of his eye between the leaves. Chameleons eyes are supposed to bulge out of the side of their heads and these were terribly sunken in which is obviously due to the fact that they are only given a water bowl. Chameleons will only drink water from leaves and do not drink standing water which if the workers know they are just neglecting. Do not shop here everything is over priced and the animals are severely neglected.

All of the reptiles have terrible enclosures and when I went there they had a dead emaciated asain water moniter. How do you have such amazing animals and just not take care of them and let them die. Tons of dead fish in the tanks and they have massive bunny's in extremely small cages. Terrible store.

Used to get saltwater fish from there. Selection was mediocre. Discontinued their salt fish. Said not enough ppl interested. Not in a wealthy area I guess. I do go in there for supplies for my birds. Selection is very bare. Looks like they're going out of business. I use chewy now instead for most supplies...better prices. For fish I go elsewhere.
