We literally will drive to this location which is an hour away, because all the other stores have idiots working there. Matt is the best! Knows his stuff for sure. Him and Jose are such a pleasure. Ty Matt!

Matthew went above and beyond to resolve an issue that neither Apple nor Metro PCS could fix, even after hours of troubleshooting. He invited me back to the store and solved my problem in just a matter of minutes. As someone with decades of experience in sales, I can truly appreciate someone who not only knows their product and service inside out but also explains everything with genuine passion. I went to this store yesterday because I was getting overcharged after autopay n no service. Been with metro pcs for over 8 years. The girls that we’re working were so rude an no help.. 2nd time no help never again. No wonder no staff stays. Went to the other store on alt 19 staff was great fixed the prob an even gave me lower rate monthly. Next time ladies with ur cheap fake lashes do ur job correctly an reminder without customers u will not have a job.

Cliff waited on us there before I was just following up. He got my grandfather of 93 a real good deal on a phone accessories and everything he needed.. spoke with him today. The matter I have I need to go into the store. Which is okay. Thanks Cliff for the great service. I could tell he was very busy but he took my call anyway. He remembered I was.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This store is awful! Customer service is terrible. Cliff the store manager is rude and wouldn’t help solve my issues in anyway! Definitely left the company because of my experience! So will the rest of my family!
