“I came in looking for a refrigerator and was greeted by one of the managers, Tracie, almost immediately after getting to the major appliances. She offered her help finding anything and answering any questions I had. I explained there was a particular fridge I was looking for and the manufactures website had it on sale, but I’d have to wait over a month for delivery. She was extremely helpful and friendly, price-matching the competitors website and ensuring delivery within the week. I am beyond grateful for the excellent customer service and will continue to use this Home Depot for all of my home needs.”

“My main reason for going to ACE is due to the top-notch personal help from skilled staff. Upon entering the store, Harry greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told him the problem and Harry went out of his way to help me with something that required actually going out of the store to look at what needed to be done. After figuring out the best option, he not only gathered the material necessary, he remedied the situation. Furthermore, when I needed other items outside of my main reason for coming in, instead of just pointing me down an aisle for an item and walking away, which I am used to in other places, he personally showed me what I was looking for and suggested the best option. The cashier, Melissa, was very kind, personable, and treated me as if I was a long-time friend. Try finding this type of help and caring attitude elsewhere. I have been going here for years and unlike other hardware stores, I recognize familiar faces. That says something for a business that does not have a turnstile turnover of employees. I highly recommend this wonderful store and their caring staff.”

“People, especially professionals hate HF tools because they are cheap and seem to be made to burn out or break at the worst time. However, it seems that the quality is getting better and the customer service left me smiling satisfied that I made the right purchase. The Hercules brushless line of tools seem to hold up well but it's the ol cheap tool expensive battery trick.”
