And today when I had a return, a pleasant woman at the register refunded the item without question and even thanked me. It's employees like those that make me want to give a company my business. Very frustrated with the floor manager this Sunday evening who continued to insist that she helped me a few days prior when in fact, she did not. No matter how many times I told her she was mistaken, she continued to contradict me. Plus, the fact that your system can't look up an order by a member's phone number is absurd. Wasted a lot of time for nothing but frustration.”
“I bought a beautiful EGO Lawnmower at Ace Palm Harbor. It was on sale, so the price was the lowest I could find -- including the big box stores. In addition, the owner's son assembled it and delivered it free of charge. He also answered all my questions and showed me some features when he delivered it to me! It's so nice dealing with a neighborhood hardware store in this age of online and big box stores!!”

“I always say I enjoy going in the store, but I do enjoy going into hardware stores it is a passion, and it excites me. I went to look for some tools to assist me with painting in the garage. The only thing I would like to change about this Harbor Freight is the size of it it needs to be bigger it needs to carry a little bit more hardware and little bit more hand tools and just a little bit more otherwise the store is always clean and the sales people are always helpful”

“The prices are right, the service is excellent, and Keith and Heather are two of the best I have ever worked with, I'm a remodeling contractor and I buy from Capital Millwork. I have price checked them several times with other millwork suppliers and their prices are always lower, don't just take my word for it, call around. The best part about working with Capital Millworks is how knowledgeable Keith and Heather are. They are a real resource even for a building contractor with 29 years of experience in the building trades. Emma the receptionist is awesome too, she always has a big smile and a helpful attitude. “I see the typical home owner is mad that you could not sell him parts lmao it happens from my personal experience I been to all the johntone spent well over 800,000 last year here and not one time have I hade i single problem with staff and there always in the know on parts but I will say tampa store seems to be my favorite only because there bigger and have most every part I need on hand. “This is a great find. Mainly plumbers supply but very helpful staff. They also have a lovely showroom if you're thinking of upgrading your bathroom. They have a complete stock of everything related to plumbing and lots more.”
“Would give 5 stars but I had to order my stuff on line and when I called anout retuning some shower stuff they kept telling me I couldnt return them. (We are talking $700 worth of stuff.) so out of frustration, I went back to the store and they said of course I can return them there. I hope that woman gets written up! Huys on Rt 52 ??

“The place to go for home renovation needs. The management at the holiday store is top notch too! A big improvement over the previous manager. Joining the pro rewards program has been, well, rewarding too. Unfortunately this store has limited display area and in-stock items for bathroom renovation needs, but most basics are covered.”

“I just left the store. Went to buy a few bags of cement. 3 workers were chatting and I asked for help with cement. Damien spoke right up. He was WONDERFUL. helped me not only locate the product, he helped me load it and push it to the cashier. Being an older lady,it was nice that he realized I needed help. So after he pushed it to the checkout, he waited for me to complete the transaction and helped me load it in my car.. it was nice he stuck with me to find the product and load it. I did not take up much of his time, I knew he had other things to do so the transaction went smooth for both of us. He made my trip to Lowe's a good one. Usually it's actually hard to find help of any kind but please let the DM and managers recognize DAMIEN. Sat 07/20/24 approx 130pm.”
