O k I could say a lot about this place . Heater hose, flex plate. And while waiting to have one of these things done. How they took advantage of an older man and woman. Is but I'll stick here with mine. Is had a flex plate reinstalled It lasted eight months. Had a toad in a hundred dollars. In eight months I put less than eight thousand miles on the truck. And the flex plate they installed broke. They told me twelve months or twelve thousand miles. Turns out they had to free do it for free. And then insulted me as if I did something wrong Is when there the ones who installed it. So I'd never go back again. Now I'm on my second flex plate.It's been two years and this one broke and stranded me on the highway. So i'm sure i'm over with my twelve thousand miles. And I live in another state now. Counting the original factory That lasted Is two hundred fifty thousand miles plus. There's lasted less than eight thouson the first. The second one they repaired sixteen thousand Give her take a little. Now I have to install a third one. So
I'm gonna do it myself.I know I'll do it right. So go there if you must. But I wouldn't it's up to you.

As soon as I came into Goodyear I spole to Don I told him that I believe one of my tries had a slow leak. The mechanic fixed my car tire, within about thirty minutes my car was ready. I received great customer service from Don and the mechanic.

Stopped by just wanted to replace my old hubcaps with my new ones, would take them probably 20 minutes he said about 9/10 of an hour $40+. I thought 20 bucks would be fair maybe even 25. Even with carpal tunnel and no impact drill I could do it in 10/10th's. Problem is all five nuts would have to come off to release the hubcap.

This place is a joke he asked me if I had new tires I wanted four dismounted 4 Mount and balance and he goes because of liability I can't change your tires never in my life have I heard something like that ?

I just moved into the area and I needed one of my Jeep's tires repaired. I was first greeted by Don, and then met Jeff. Honestly, I immediately felt like I was home. These to very traditional mechanics were great to talk to, and Don was awesome in repairing my tire. I needed these guys to be who they were, when they were. I had been discharged from AdventHealth North Pinellas days earlier after being treated for a very serious (and unexpected) heart condition. I came home to a flat tire which added to the stress I was already feeling from my health issues. Not only do I feel like I've found some mechanics I can trust (which is HUGE when you move to a new area and have a heart attack), but I feel like I might have made a couple of new friends. I can't recommend these guys - and this shop - enough!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!There is so many places to choose from. I would not recommend this one. Bought the wife a set of premium tires, paid top dollar, was screwed around and ripped off. On the scheduling it took two weeks to get the tires on. My wife picked the vehicle up but when I test drove it later on that same day I could immediately tell that the alignment wasn’t done, which, according to the service manager was the whole reason I waited so long allegedly they were getting their machine calibrated. So I called, spoke to the fella who did the work, I asked him if he did the alignment, he said no, I asked him why, he replied that it did not come with my purchase! So I speak to Don, the person who I signed the contract and paid the money to. He says typically alignment doesn’t come with the deal, I said well that’s not what you told me, and that’s the reason you told me I’ve been waiting to get the tires installed because your machine was not calibrated, now here we are. He proceeded to set me a date to bring the vehicle in and get it lined up. This date got changed twice during which time the tires began to show ware on the front of the vehicle. I showed this to Don, voiced my concerns and he proceeded to tell me that there is nothing that he could do! Mind you This is how they treat the customer who spent top dollar for a set of tires to the tune of $2300. The whole reason I got new tires is because I got the whole front end suspension redone in the vehicle and it needed an alignment. Needless to say I went down the street to TIRE KINDOM, who got me two fresh tires for the front and lined the car up for me. I have filed a complaint with the tire manufacturer, the BBB and the OPR. This is my experience at this store. Like I said before, there is somany other choices, When your hard earned money is on the line, Don’t waste it here. BUYER BE WARE.

Great shop had an oil change manager attended me he's a great guy . And dint try to sell me a gazillion things .pointed out and showed me air filter which it needs . Told him I'd order it on Amazon. Told ne everything else is OK Lil oil leak pro from a seal keep an eye on it.. very professional and very honest .and that is appreciated ? I'm on a budget and don't have much .
