Initially we came in looking for a jewelry repair. We needed to have a stone set and some small adjustments made to the ring sizing. The people (Steve and the rest!) we’re so kind and generous with their time we decided to buy a replacement wedding band as well! Wonderful service at a very fair price.

I have to say that Santa and his Diamond helper Steve did a fabulous job surprising Mrs. Claus this Christmas!? My husband worked with Steve picking out the most gorgeous diamond ring. We have been looking and searching for several years for that perfect something to upgrade a few carats up, and wow is allCan say !!! Stunning diamond and setting ! Don’t hesitate to stop in and ask for Steve !!!! Cupid ? can now visit him again in a few weeks !!My husband was recommended to visit the store from some friends @Hyundai ! We are now customers for LIFE!! Thank you Steve for helping Mike and making my Christmas so special !!!

Wonderful experience. Our salesman was very patient and informative. His initials on the receipt were NZF. He even brought out more choices of jewelry from the office. It was Christmas Eve. He was running around taking care of a few of us at the same time. We left with some nice gifts and very happy with our experience.

Nathan was a dream to work with. He had great answers for any concerns we had. We left there with a beautiful wedding band to replace the wedding rings I lost. He was very kind and sympathetic to our situation. He worked with us on the price too. We would buy from him again. I love my new ring. Platinum with seven diamonds shaped like baguettes and emeralds. So gorgeous.

After my first visit to Florida Diamond Center and seeing their large selection of beautiful fine jewelry and receiving such impeccable customer service from both Stephen and Nathan, I’ve refused to shop anywhere else. I’ve purchased many pieces of jewelry from here and the quality and great prices surpass those of the common chain retail stores found in malls. I’ve been particularly impressed by the patience and time spent by both Stephen and Nate each time either I or my daughters come in to buy something new. Regardless of whether it’s a small pair of earrings or an exquisite precious gemstone ring, they handle each sale with equal measure. I wish I could give more stars because honestly Nathan’s out-going personality, exceptional knowledge of jewelry and the superior work Cliff does on any repairs and designs, there isn’t a better jewelry store around.
