You can't even talk to someone when you call them! You have to leave a message and wait on a call back from them! Not everyone can get call backs and it makes for terrible customer service! Not too mention that every time I have left a message for a call back, I never received one! It's hard to get information on the prescriptions if you have a question about them!

ZERO STARS: Holy smokes! Stay away stay away stay away! This is by far the most disgusting and disturbing CVS I have ever dealt with and I hope they close it down. If you're trying to get a hold of the pharmacy, forget it. The make you leave a voicemail and never reply. I've been in line with 12 people in front of me to pick up indide and they move as slow as molasses on a winter evening. The pharmacist is so ignorant they actually look at you with confusion when you ask for syringes on injectable medication. Geez I dunno am I supposed to swollow the whole vial?! They should also hang a sign over the pharmacy saying "Nothing in stock" because these dolts can't order properly from their distribution center. One final thing and this is a BIG DEAL. IF YOU ARE PICKING UP A CONTROLLED MEDICATION DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT DEMANDING THE PHARMACIST COUNT THEM DOWN AND VERIFY THE COUNT. I have consistently been shorted on these types of medications and have reached out to the DEA and reported this location in specific because talking to their corporate office is like talking to a tree.

Carepass is seldom applied when using self-checkout. And when you do allow them to assist you, it seldom gets any better. Extremely disappointed in the Carepass program and wish I had never renewed for an annual membership.

Typically in and out at this pharmacy without too much wait. Unless you come around 5pm and then you will wait forever.

I went to pick my script up. That was a day late and one of the pharmacy tec had nerve to tell me he wasn’t going to fill my medication. I will be calling the corporate office Monday as I have his name thanks to the manager, you can’t play with people’s medication. The pharmacy is to help people.

Why are the hours posted “open” until 12am, if you’re going to lock the doors 20 minutes prior to closing?….
Makes absolutely no sense.

I am a diabetic patient. After one week I could not get my diabetic medication. I cannot get anybody on the phone, which is ridiculous. I left them messages and nobody called me back. I need to find a more reliable pharmacy.

Just had to overpay for a sale item because they have employees sitting on the floor and others that don't know how to adjust prices. And rude old lady raised her voice when I mentioned it.

Three minutes before close, I literally rushed out of bed and made it ON TIME and they refused to serve me. They said registers were closed down...however, they were ringing two gentleman out. Feb 29th, closing shift I'd LIKE to think she'll be trained on customer service as it's a PHARMACY, I have to be up for work in six hours and now I'll have a splendid time trying to fall asleep with this overly stuffy nose. Thanks CVS!

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for CVS to their job in a timely manner, 2 days after my surgery and they’re yet to fill my medication. Also this cvs deleted the 0 operator option, so you cannot call to ask questions. After my 3rd voicemail in 3 days I’ve come to the conclusion that their staff is deleting voice mails without addressing them. Filed a complaint with state of FL well.

Ahh where do I begin? The fact you have to leave msgs now and have to wait for when/if they return your call is maddening. I moved a controlled medication to this location because I moved to Holiday and they are either completely out or only partial available. That means I have to make an extra trip and my insurance will not cover multiple fills of a controlled substance. Unfortunately, stuck using them for now but the apathy here is mind blowing. I even called 3 days ago to make sure they had my script in stock and was told they did and I would be fine on the day they said I could pick it up. One would think that since they no longer answer their phones, they would be keeping better track of what is in stock.

New phone system is stupid you can’t speak to anyone and thy never call you back so tired of having to drive there to get what I need from the pharmacy then have to wait 30 to 45 mins for it to be filled. Why can’t we just call like we use to!!! It’s bullcrap
