There are 4 people working and no one will help you. No one here is friendly and no one wants to work. Very unprofessional for a store. Horrible and worst cricket store I've ever been in in my life just sad

I've been a customer of Cricket for a while now and I happy with the service, etc.
My older phone of just 3 years decided to not work well for me so I went to the Cricket store in Holiday, Fl.
KENDELL B was super helpful, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She has excellent customer service qualities. In the time I was there, she took care of every customer while working with me. She was the only one in the store and she just handled everything very professionally.
If a friend needed a phone service, etc. I would clearly steer her to KENDELL B for the best assistance you can ask for.
KENDELL is surely an asset to your company.

Emily was great setting up my new phone and explaining the features. It took a while to transfer everything from my old phone, but she did it without any complaint. Very professional and courteous. I did go into the store earlier and another sales rep was helping a veteran get financial assistance. It was taking a while and I did not have time to wait but I noticed that she was also very nice and helpful.

If I could give this store a negative 10 stars I would. After almost 10 years coming here with 4 lines, they have lost a customer for life. Watch yo receipt. Although its clearly states that items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days what they do not tell you is that this begins from the day it is activated. Most realize if you purchase something on a Wednesday ( and after 4:00) you should be able to return it by the following Wednesday. Well not the case here. According to them it had to be returned the day before. But if you looking at the dates by numbers it is actually the sixth day. Technically, the return had until 11:59 PM . Now that is most establishments but not the case here. So over $400.00 on a phone which I was instructed by the main office to bring back by today and I am stuck with it. The gentleman helping myself as well as another customer who had the same problem with their phone ( ironically they purchase the same day as myself only at a later time and also left with a bad taste) there were no problems with. I actually felt bad for him. The police officers who the manager on the phone wanted brought in also agreed that this was wrong however because it was a civil matter they could not do anything except ask us to leave which we did. Kudos to those officers who told us not to come back or we could be arrested but let us video outside of the store what had occurred as well as let me include them in the video.Now as far as the phone, I spoke with the main Cricket line and told them what had happened. They were very apologetic and are correcting the wrong. I return the phone, I get a refund, I purchase another phone from another store. They have absolutely no problem doing this which makes sense. The customer is returning an item within the specified time. The customer is purchasing another phone with a much higher price tag. If I accommodate the customer, I keep the customer at $137.00 per month, still have a sale, and then resell the other phone brought in that has no damage. Even they could not understand why this was not done. At least there are people out there who realize right from wrong, customer appreciation and the rewards of a customer that will not go somewhere else.This manager who was on the phone with the employee should be taught that it is important keep your customers happy unless they are making unreasonable demands and to remember that she is representing the company. What I was requesting was not unreasonable and her representation was one in which resulted in this poor rating. Her people skills as well as he managerial skills require some polishing. Lets give her 7 days and she if she cleans herself up. ( That means until next Thursday)
