So you go to a corporate BK in Tarpon Springs Florida and you pay $0.69 for a soft serve ice cream but then you go to the privately owned BK in Holiday Florida and the want to charge over $2 for the same cone. I understand that there are fees that the owner needs to pay corporate but really over 3 times the amount?! I can’t imagine if I asked for a single burger how much it could have been over what corporate would charge. If it was 0.20 or even 0.50 cents more then I would not be complaining I get it there are other expenses owning a franchise but come on over 3 times the amount on something so small ?!?

Went to this location at around 640am Sunday/today. Told they were closed until 7 am. Sundays only they open at 7am instead of 6 am. Be aware

Almost 3 dollars for a soft serve cone that costs $.50 at other locations! This is ludicrous!According to them, they are a franchise location and not a corporate location so they can hike up the prices to whatever they want. Also, they don’t have to honor any of the discounts or coupons or specials that everyone else has. Complete waste of time, will never return to this specific location.The location itself is in a very questionable area,

Wow!This is not sarcasm. Someone actually checked the bag and crossed off the items in the receipt. This has never happened to me before - anywhere. For once I wasn't missing food from my order (this happens literally everywhere I go)Props to whoever did that. Thank you. Thank you for checking the bag properly.The food was also good.. haha.THANK YOU!!!!!

Third time in a row the order has not been correct. First two times was drive through so I thought going in would make a difference. Nope still did not get my order correct. Honestly a burger and a drink was all I ordered Last visit for me. Double triple check your order if going there and don’t try to call they do not answer the phone.

Davian is a master. Tonight the system was down and everyone had to leave the drive thru and come inside. Davian was the calmest, kindest and most professional individual that I have ever met in the fast food industry. I was tempted to say that he was the calmest under pressure, but he didn't seem to even feel the pressure. Yet, I overheard a manager ask.. "Where did all these orders come from?Davian handled the small group of us that had mobile orders, while taking new orders and issuing missing items from orders that were before us. He is absolutely amazing and should be promoted without a doubt and without hesitation. Job well done Davian.

It smelled really bad inside,we dine in,big mistake , looks nice on the outside but service was extra slow, no customers in the restaurant with us.plenty of staff.it took a long time to get our food, was not super hot either ,30 min wait for warm foodParking: Plenty of parking spotsKid-friendliness: Open area buy super stinky
