They offer a fake deals to put you in so rude I’m going to sue them soon for the fake deal they offer me and charging me 300$ for some free phone they have I called the cops on them because I ask to them to fix what they did wrong and they refuse and tried to attack me stay away that’s the last place you wanna be there

Called at 12:35, wanted two upgrades, he told me a price i said ok on my way
1:10 got there waited till 2:00 there was a customer in front of me so i had to go to my babys class
Came back 3:10 waited till 3:35 for him to say no were not eligible???????
Went to another boost and got the upgrade with no wait time.
Either that person has no idea what he is doing or i had my baby with me, maybe he did not want to serve me?, the 2nd time i was there baby was getting antsy
Idk, but i went there last time to get an upgrade with a girl she was great this time i will never come back
Went to port richey and got it done and have two new iphone 15s

It was ok , I mean they try to help but they seem to push calling 611 . They no longer have their computers so they don't what they used to do.

Over the years, I believe I have bought close to six or seven phones from them. Always had a good experience! Just recently I got another iPhone. I was just passing by and figured I’d stop in. I have been with Verizon for a long time. But I figured I’d give it a shot. They had a deal on iPhone 13. Which was really all I was looking for. The rep Mike. Was willing to go the distance to get me all set up. I would highly recommend him for any of your communications needs!

Absolutely outstanding service by Valerie. She was so knowledgeable, polite, patient and most of everything very honest. I went with the intention of purchasing a phone to add a line for my son, but I also mentioned to her that I still have an old iPhone. She highly suggested to try with the old phone first, she was able to add the line, so will be financially a perfect option for me and him base on his age and basic needs. I highly appreciate her honesty and not just in to try make a sales. I also spin a ( gift spinning wheel) and won a free screen protector.
Thank you so much Valerie for the great service and putting your self on others shoes, so you can provide financially options and honest suggestions for your customers.

Izzy help me today with a problem I was having with my phone. She was so nice to put my favorite apt Tic Tok back on my phone. If I need help she gave me her card which I really appreciate good service. While I was there a couple came in an spoke spanish. Izzy was able to speak fluent Spanish to help them with their phones. This employee is an accet to your company.

My wife and I came in with 3 phones and switched to Boost and the Manager was very knowledgeable she walked us through the set up and even saved us money. We got the Android Samsung A15. We are happy and would recommend boost to anyone. The service is excellent and the staff too. Keep up the good work. Thank you .

NEVER HAD I EVER DEALT WITH SUCH SH$+$ customer service I went to Walmart to buy a replacement phone when I was offered a really good deal so I called there customer service to get my info and in that call boost offered to match that deal but I would have to go to a boost store so we left and drove straight to boost and kept there customer service on the phone so I get there and customer service needed to talk to whoever was working and omg it was like the end of the world for her I believe her name is ( Valerie) to deal with her own customer service to just give them the store number and address it was unbelievable the attitude she had there's to much to even text needless to say I dropped boost and went with another phone provider definitely the wrong person to deal with customers I really hope someone watches those cameras and watches the way she handled the whole situation it's was nov 2nd around 6pm I was with boost almost a decade and was so discussed I drove back to Walmart to switch never have I had so much of my time waisted because someone had to talk to there own customer service

Went here to see if I could add my sister to my line. Found out we could and received the BEST customer service from Nick. He was patient and kind and explained everything to both of us. He did this with grace while acknowledging and waiting on other customers who came and went. Nick- you rock. Thank you for GREAT service!
