Dr.Dieter never told me how sick my dog was. He died in front of me. When I called him he said What do you think I'm God...it destroyed me..

Terrible front office staff. (Awesome surgeon) A week or so after a visit, an text is received about my Bully needing a shot. Why was that not done during the recent visit? Moreso; my Bully has allergies that require a Rx. After years of being on this Rx, the vet office does not return Rx requests from the same Pet RX company; or, their reply is that my Bully is not prescribed for this Rx. She's been on the Rx for over four years; yet, they have no record of previous Rx orders to the same vendor over the last several years? Or, do I just need to bring her in for a visit charge? There is just no excuse for denying my pet's comfort and well being by administrative incompetence!

Everyone at AVH are amazing! The Vet is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. It's never easy going to a vet but they make the experience better than any I have been to before. Highly recommend.

I need help getting my dogs meds. My vet who normally sees my dogs said they had no issue talking to advanced, which is closer to me, and with gas prices the way they are, was just hoping for a little help. Advanced refused. Unless my dog has an exam. What if I was from out of state? U won't work with my vet, whom my dogs see annually? Sgame on you people! Truly!! If my vet was willing, so should you have been. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. U can't email them. They're closed on Saturdays due to covid..whatever. All I see is them unwilling to help. So thanks. I'll never use them ever again!! Good Job Laura :)

Dr Kern and Dr Dieter.....amazing and educated veterinarians. Both take the time to explain the issues and are very giving with their time, with you and your family pet.

There we really good with my dog he really likes them but the were much better before COVID but now they take 30 mins to come outside to check your dog in so no matter when your appointment is you should plan to be there awhile just to drop your pet off. So bring a snack and something to read if you plan on going here. They should open there doors up like everyone else to avoid there laziness to walk out side.

The doctor and staff is very professional very caring not cheap but you don't get excellent with cheap it seems as though they care about their people and their patients you don't get that everywhere so it is definitely a good place to be if you care about your loving pet which is like a child to us
