Good location & price -- but even better, the manager (Randy) is easy-going and extremely accommodating, which makes this the best storage location we've experienced (out of 3) in West-Central coastal FL.

New fencing with code gate access after hours(Feb/2016). Manager on-site. Resident on site after hours. Good rates. Almost full. Now taking credit card.
