I highly do not recommend going to this 711. They have roaches climbing on the donuts and fresh pastries. I told the staff and they did nothing about it like they were youst to it. Disgusting!!!! Also they have drug addict opening the door. And hanging out up there all the time. It is a very unsafe place to go at any point in the day.

Why does this location charge $9 for a pizza regularly with cash, yet $16 with ebt? That does not sound right.

Hellen Keller must have designed the placement of the coffee and coffee cup lids. Customer service was also trash.

This is the worst place you can go. Customer service is total garbage, especially today's shift 2/22/2024 at 6:30 pm.

Horrible customer service it’s always new people and it seems like they only hire people on drugs here this store really sucks people always outside the store asking you for money and the store never clean and the young workers here are rude and disrespectful

I would give negative stars if I could. The little boy working with all the piercings in his face was extremely rude!!! Was told I couldn’t use their bathroom was told if you people didn’t do drugs in the bathroom that it would be open. That was extremely offensive. To group all customers together like that!! One could say he looks like someone that would be using drugs in the bathroom. He smelled quite strong of marijuana. Good to know that’s the kind of employees you choose to employ. Rude druggies.
