if you don't already you need to get the 7-Eleven app and start using the points because I get all sorts of stuff for free and I saved about $8 every day on a $20 purchase that I do, needless to say that helps out a lot

The cashier told me to put my food on the floor that she didn't want it on her counter and didn't care if my food was on the ground. I asked for a bag after and she threw one at me. This place has the worse customer service ever. Oh, don't try their cold hot coffee full of grounds.

I was racially profiled here and followed out of the store after using the bathroom. The employee followed me to my car and then accused me of stealing sunglasses that were on my head. My own sunglasses. Terrible service and judge of character.

Fix your receipt printers at the gas pumps please! Also fix the credit card reader at the car wash. And to the heavy set lady counting money at the register who couldn’t even acknowledge my existence to help get a receipt for me; try a little kindness; figure it out, life’s too short.

I was so happy when they rebuilt this 7-11 and now I can't stand going there anymore. Today was it for me. Needed to get my car washed as I found out a huge back part of my car had bird poop on it this morning. So I go to 711 get into the car wash lane and put in my card into the machine to pay and it won't work. I tried 3 different cards and it wouldn't take. So I said fine Ill buy some gas and pay for it that way. Then when I finished it said see cashier for receipt. I'm already irritated and running late for work at this point. So I drive up, park and go inside and ask for my receipt. I tell the lady what pump I was on and she's like there's nothing on that pump. I explain I was just there AND I paid for a car wash. Well there isn't anything there was basically her reply. I honestly didn't know what to do so I stormed out as I was now running late to work because of this and drove with bird poop still on my car and now out $14.

This is by far the absolute worst 711. Almost every time I have stopped by this location the woman at the counter is extremely rude. It's the same woman every time. It's terrible 711 has allowed this to go on for so long. When I told the w When I told the woman that every time I come to the 711. She's extremely rude and her response was "then stop coming"

The card reader on the car wash has been broken for over a month now. I've had to back out of the line and go into the store on multiple occasions to purchase a ticket and I'm getting frustrated.

I was at the store yesterday afternoon around 3:00. I believe the manager was the one walking around the store doing absolutely nothing. The two employees that were working behind the counter were busy. One was documenting scratch tickets, and the other one was counting his register. I was in line with 15 other people as we waited 20 minutes or more. Two customers walked out. I don't understand why at least one person couldn't have been running the register and the others could have been doing what needed to be done otherwise. I was completely unsatisfied

The staff here is very rude A cashier made fun of my granddaughter because she stutters. I was in the store first with her and I asked the cashier if she would be having any regular cheese slices. She said no just buy a whole pie. I said I wasn't in the position to do that right now. She said just buy these 2 slices. Told her they were Philly cheese steak slices. She rolled her eyes and said, "Do u need me to buy these for u? I can afford them but their not cheese. She said well I don't know what to tell u then. Afterwards I was sitting in the car and my granddaughter wanted to go back in and get a Colombian pastry. I didn't see a small sign all the way to the right that no one under 18 is allowed in without a parent. My granddaughter asked for the pastry and she said, you're in here without a parent and now I have to put up with you stuttering? You wanted more details 7-11 so there it is. I'm not going to another website to do it. Her name starts with a K. I'm sure she's the root of all the other complaints. To the Uber driver who said its important to have bathrooms available, they close them every single night from 10-6. I would accept orders from here.

I purchase gas there on occasion and maybe I'll go inside to get Powerball tickets. On this occasion, I requested
$10.00 quick pic. Sooooo that's 5 tickets. The woman taking the request had an attitude when I said something about the math would be 5 tickets for that. It was as if she was going to have a KAREN MOMENT when I did the simple math for her. And I was only there for roughly 30 seconds. That place has BAD VIBES.

Went to pump gas and the pump said to "See cashier" so I went inside to pay for my gas. The cashier was very rude. And when I asked her to let my put my phone # in for my rewards her reply was "You don't get rewards for gas". I get gas at different 7-11 locations and always put in my phone # and receive $.05 off a gallon. So I won't come back here unless I'm desperate for something, even though I live right around the corner from this location! I work in retail myself and I know Customer Service, and this employee did not provide good customer service at all! I don't like being lied to! Cause if you don't get rewards for fuel, then why are you able to put your number in at the pump? And they advertise that you can't get $ off of fuel?

Today is September 2nd 2023 at 7:24 a.m, I. went in today and the bathrooms are closed, the big guy at the register wasn't nice at all about it didn't try to help me. As a Uber driver we depend on 7-Eleven stores to use their restrooms because most places are closed and we really appreciate the availability of bathrooms. I understand if bathrooms need to be cleaned, but this guy I asked him when the bathroom will be available and he said it's not available now which didn't make any sense because he didn't answer my question again he was just rude unhelpful.

Apple Pay does not work at this location, the cold brew coffee taps are all broken also.
