I've ordered numerous times over the years and have always been extremely pleased. Recently, I had ordered the wrong size and too many of a couple of items. Scott called to clarify and I'm so happy he did. I was able to correct my mistake and they credited back the mistake and send the items I wanted.It's such a pleasure to deal with a company and people that care and get it right! Many years ago, I decided to look online for Munsingwear man's underwear, which has a unique easy design I first found as a teenager. While I couldn't find it offered in most clothing stores, I did find a great selection of Munsingwear at the Wittmann website, at good prices. I have been a happy customer ever since, and recommend shopping there, either online or using their catalog.

Have been buying from this company for 30 years or so. Never needed to call them until this year. And guess what? a real person answered the phone! [I did not have to 'listen closely as our menu options have changed' ] Cathy was cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend. Good merchandise and good service. A real rarity

I have ordered from Wittman in the past. Excellent personal customer service. Very high quality products with excellent pricing. I ordered on Monday and received my order on Wednesday. I also love that their products are made in the USA.

We decided to replace a 13 year old robe only because it got stained. Placed Our order got an email asking if we were sure about the size because the robe we ordered 13 years ago was XL not XXL. Changed our order to XL and saved $4. That’s customer service!

My robe is over 10 years old and although I'm getting ready to order a new one, sometimes I think, why, the one I have, bought in 2006 or 07 is still in such good condition. Know that when I get a new one the old one will go to my daughter and last her another 10 years!!!!! love the product and the personalized customer service that your company provides!!!

In an age where everything is impersonal & on-line, it is wonderful to find a company with superior customer relations. When I placed a new order for an item that had been previously ordered to the same address, they reached out to me to check to see if I had ordered the right size. AMAZING!

I have been sleeping in Whittmann night shirts for many years. After i found them I have only worn Whittmann or nothing at all. Just ordered 2 more on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. Replacing 2 that are over 7 years old.
