The staff is wonderful. Caroline and Nikki is always there to help. Wonderful staff those two ladies are the go to for storage. I will always go back there as long as those 2 ladies are there.

Just moved in to my unit today, and was thoroughly impressed with my unit itself, as well as the customer service. Caroline was knowledgeable, helpful ans generous. She helped get me switch to a unit that was a better fit for me, was beyond helpful showing me around and getting my lock set up, and even knew a few things about me before meeting me, proving they take the time to get to know their customers. Happy to make the switch!

Wonderful service! I had a time dilemma, and Nikki was able to help me get set up and even left my name on my door for when I was able to arrive. I am 100% completely satisfied with the Hobe Sound location and I'm glad I chose them!!

From start to finish, Caroline and the whole staff were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Moving and storing your items (really memories) can be stressful but this team makes it a breeze. I can not recommend using Storage USA in Hobe Sound enough. Great company and even greater people.

The staff team at the Hobe Sound location truly stands out in terms of their service. One cannot help but be impressed by their professional yet warm demeanor. The property manager, Caroline, in particular, is incredibly friendly, always greeting visitors with a smile and making them feel welcome. What's more, they consistently go above and beyond their duties, offering assistance wherever it might be needed. They have a knack for adding a personal touch to their service, which only further enhances the overall experience of this storage rental.

Was stuck with a trailer that was carrying my Motorcycle and didn’t know where to park it. Stopped at Storage Rentals of America and found the staff were friendly and caring. Absolutely give the Hobe Sound Staff a Five ***** rating. Absolutely going back!
