I have a blind little friend, Jonah. Because of his condition, he's not the most trustworthy with people or other dogs. He enjoys going to see Pam and her staff. They earned Jonah's (and my) trust years ago. Now I'm taking my new little rescue friend, Jack, to Pam to get him introduced to the Pet Silouette family!

My 3 year old pit bull had an appointment. She knew the breed of the dog when the appointment was made. After arriving, she said she couldn’t do him alone. I traveled 35 mins because of her reviews. I don’t mind traveling for good service, but how are you a dog groomer, you know the breed and don’t have what you need to bathe a small pit bull or the decency to call and let me know you wouldn’t be capable of grooming him today. If you have a pit bull, verify that she want be alone for the appointment. This was very inconvenient for me because we could have made an appointment elsewhere and he would be clean now instead of having to wait for an appointment again smh. Everything happens for a reason right.

As a new client we are very happy to have discovered Pet Silhouette for our Yorkshire Terrier and Poodle/Jack Russell cross. They look wonderful and and are groomed professionally and in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Pet Silhouette.

My Old English Sheepdog loves Pet Silhouette! They have the best dog food, treats, and the best groomers. everyone is so nice and I know they take excellent care of my baby. He looks and smells fantastic after he is groomed. I trust them to be safe and thoughtful with my Sheepie!

What a great place! I happened upon it in passing, taking my ugly and ignorant mongrel to have his nails trimmed. The staff is great and very friendly. They trimmed my cowardly cur’s nails and had us on our way quickly. My doltish mutt looks so much better.

We just came home from having our hairless Chinese Crested groomed! We still are awed by the great job Pam did!! Prior to moving to Florida he was a show dog in Michigan . Would highly recommend!!!

If I could give a negative number of stars, there wouldn't be enough! I took my teacup chihuahua in to have his nails trimmed. He weighs all of 5 lbs and within 2-3 minutes, I heard my baby boy Screaming at the same time the lady is bringing him back out holding and pulling on his ear and hurting him because he never acts like that unless he's really hurt. The woman THEN proceeded to basically throw him back at us on the counter and said in the most RUDE tone ever, "IT'S NOT HAPPENING! HE SCRATCHED ME AND TRIED BITING ME!" So we asked about a muzzle and we were told he kept taking it off! It would have been impossible for her to muzzle him and him take it off period, let alone multiple times like she claimed. My baby didn't get his nails trimmed and no Apology! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNFRIENDLY! IF that lady continues to work with animals, she's in the WRONG PROFESSION. SHE WAS JUST OUTRIGHT MEAN!

Such an amazing experience. I was nervous because this was the first time my puppy had a professional groom, and they outdid themselves. He was so happy and handsome! Would definitely recommend to others and will be back. Thanks guys!
