Bought a phone today, asked associate to switch the phone she demonstrated to me for a phone that hasn't been opened. She lied to me saying she switched it for me, when she just gave me the same phone she showed me. The employees name is Aryani, so if you get her as your associate, just know dishonesty is her policy and she won't hesitate to lie to you. Very disappointed.

Chris Clifford and I have been going to this store for 10 years plus and today Princeton took such good care of us , he went above and beyond for us , we had such a great time with him like he was one of our friends and he was very knowledgeable about his job and he wanted to make sure Chris knew how to use his new phone before we left. Thank you Bunches ??

Princeton helped me with a difficult situation with my husbands cell phone recently. In this time where rules change, very often, especially with cell phone carriers, he made it very easy for me too assist my husband with his cell phone needs while he’s living in a nursing home.Many people don’t even know that little Metro store in Hobe Sound exists on Federal Hwy near Pettway. But if you don’t, you should. If you have a Metro phone plan, go there and ask Princeton when you need help.. he makes things very easy. It really made my day to have the problem so easily resolved & not have to go home and call an 800 number and speak to a robot or a random person over the phone who may not have been as helpful & efficient as Princeton is..
