Dr. Jaffe and her staff’s follow up is better then most human doctors. They are warm, caring and compassionate. Prices are reasonable. I was going through a difficult time in my life and they worked with me to make sure my fur babies were taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And I’m very grateful.

We were visiting the state park from out of town when our dog became sick. They got us in right away. Dr. Jaffe and staff were excellent in the care of my precious baby. They followed up with us daily until we were home to our regular vet. I can’t thank you enough! Highly recommend this wonderful vet! Thank you!

I wish I could do more than give this vet clinic a 5 star review. My family has been going to Federal Animal Hospital since they moved to Palm City about 8 years ago. They’ve always taken great care of our family dog, Grizzly- enough to where I’ll make the drive from my hometown in Jacksonville to take my Australian shepherd to them.
I knew they were special, but I didn’t realize just how special until my family’s dog recently passed away. Dr. Jaffe was on the phone with my family on and off (on a Sunday) to talk them through Grizzly’s symptoms- once he passed, out of the kindness of her heart, she allowed us a couple extra hours with our sweet boy at the house which gave me time to make the drive from Jacksonville to say my final goodbye to my best friend. She was so compassionate and gentle with us during this extremely difficult time and I’ll never forget how warm and accommodating she was as we said our final goodbyes.
I know this review is sad, but on our worst day possible, Federal Animal Hospital gave me a sense of comfort and I’m forever grateful to Dr.Jaffe and her team for always taking the best care of our dogs from beginning to end ❤️

Recently retired and moved to Hobe Sound after 50 years in Boca. Cat had an emergency, and this was close by. I threw on some clothes and rushed over. They took one look at my car and the fact I was wearing shorts and told me that they had "no room for any new patients" after I explained it was an emergency. I guess I should have driven my $150,000 car and worn a tux or had my chauffeur drive kitty over with 3 references.Luckily, I found a nice vet even closer to the house who was able to immediately handle the emergency and has been my vet ever since. I thought Boca had become "interesting" over the past 50 years, but...well, welcome to Hobe Sound, I guess.

I called them, told them I had a problem with my Frenchie that she was unable to move. She was stiff, throwing at the mouth. They said there’s nothing we can do to help you take them somewhere else do not recommend.
