The pharmacy department at Bridge Rd is friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They were extremely helpful in having my prescriptions transferred. I have been to two other pharmacies in the area and they were horrible.

Their loyalty program is very confusing. They're understaffed like many places are and at night it's like a ghost town inside.The (MANDATORY) self checkout option is a confusing mess. And I have no idea how to use the 8 foot ribbon of coupons they gave me at the coupon machine. I was so frustrated last visit that I just left stuff piled on the checkout station and walked out. And, they're EXPENSIVE AS HELL!Charge more and provide less seems to be the modern corporate way... I'm going to Walgreens unless they're doing this nonsense too...

I went to CVS as they have been my pharmacy for like 20 years(well CVS = longs Drug store in Hawaii)but went to change my address and update my information so they have my current on file, and check the store out ! It was as always a great experience just wish I could have gotten my vaccine booster but they were busy ND I understand!! !Had I had I need a Phizar then I could have as they must been on that shot today, they kindly asked me to book it Online and this I will do as it's important to be part of the Solution not the problem, even if it don't work on my way to a 4th shot and have not grown an extra arm or no tail or anything so, why not.(Feel like se people don't get it just prove a freedom or something, maybe ask your doctor and not the internet for advice ?)it's free and yeah I know anything free from the government should be questioned( Reality check - nothing is free ! The kids will pay for it in the future!!! It is just the best chance to stomp out COVID before the next variant! But guess you be you and I will be me - but if you wise ask your doctor about its effectiveness for you only he (or she) will know)Thank you for the friendly and informative ? service and will return for my next prescription!!!!!

There is very good reason so many people rate this CVS consistently with one star. This location/branch is an embarrassment to the CVS brand as a whole. If you live in Hobe Sound, you should use Walgreens or Publix for as your pharmacy because this CVS is a joke.

Two years ago I changed physicians and let the pharmacy know. They continue to contact the former doctor. He obviously doesn't fill my prescriptions and this prompts text messages from the pharmacy asking me to contact them with my new doctor. In person I go in and give them the new physician information but they continue to call the former doctor. What a futile endeavor! Today I tried 4 times to reach the pharmacy. The first time I was on hold 16 minutes and finally gave up. The second time I was on hold 10 minutes. Gave up. The third time I was on hold I waited 40 minutes with no pick up. This last time I gave up after 5 minutes. I'm at a loss on what to do.

Incompetent, gum chewing hair combers, with customer service worse than FEMA ! changing pharmacies Now! As much as a pain in the Lumbar it will be, it will be worth it , the nucleus of management in that pharmacy really needs some New blood , or they need to stop eating there product !!!

Very disappointed with this CVS pharmacy and their customer service. I stopped by yesterday to verify that I don’t need to make an appointment for my second COVID vaccine shot, as they never automatically made my second apt. I was told I do not, but that I can go online to make one. I advised the pharmacy tech that I had gone online, and the option for Hobe Sound was not there. She rudely told me that she couldn’t help me and to just come back tomorrow, anytime before 8 pm. I went back this evening, around 6, as instructed. When I asked about the vaccine, the pharmacist this time, was the one who was extremely rude. Instead of informing my fiancé and I, that she was backed up, she gave us an attitude and went on about how she is too busy to come out from behind the counter and how she has been giving the vaccine all day. We asked if we could make an appointment online for tomorrow. Again, instead of politely responding to us, we were again addressed extremely rudely, as if we are bothering her. I understand being backed up, I understand being short staffed, what I don’t understand is why someone works in a position where they have to assist and interact with others, and can’t do it without being rude to others. Being a former CVS employee myself, I’m extremely disappointed in what I witnessed the last two days.

This pharmacy should be closed! Incompetent and lack of pharmacy staff and drug shortages .... Do not recommend this location!
