Support small privately owned businesses as opposed to big chain stores if you can! This business really cares about each and every one of their customers and always does their best to help out and provide excellent customer service to all patrons.

Customer service could be improved , especially on Online ordering. I was the ultimate client for some Almaviva 2011 from Chile for an event in Miami. . The USA marketing director of Almaviva went online to order for me. My initial query of 30 bottles could not be met at the time online . She was charged 12 bottles from one shop and unbeknownst to her , this company decided to charge and ship 10 extra bottles ( that they had in an other shop ) to her pay pal registered card. WITHOUT COMMUNICATION ! from this perspective it could be considered fraud ... Very poor commercially . In the end I had to return some extra bottles ( at extra cost and aggravation ) sourced in New York state as BabyCham had shipped the wines... Buyer beware of Online shopping , not very much redress or apologies. Cheers
