I have nothing bad to say about the mechanics. It seems like everything was done well on my truck. The problem is is getting prices and getting through to the owner seemed challenging. Supposed to check on prices and get back to you but never does. I’ve called a few times concerning one part that he was going to give me a price on about eight months ago. after calling him a couple times still haven’t heard anything. Time to relocate.

Had issue with battery terminals. Brads staff replaced positive and negative terminals. Everything was world class, pricing, service, quality! Highly recommend them for auto repair and service!

Took my car in to get the brakes done. They replaced EVERYTHING, and brakes still weren't right. I brought car back and left it so they could do the job right, including bleed brakes. They swore they drove it and couldn't identify problem, yet car was still sitting where I had left it 2 days earlier. Over 2k into brakes and I had to take it to another place to have them done right. NEVER AGAIN, WOULDN'T EVEN LET THEM PLUG A TIRE...HACKS.

Been to Brad and his team multiple time in the last few years. Honest, reasonable and an exception to the normal neighborhood garage...do what they say they are going to do when they say they will...calls if issues...no surprises...good guys...period. Sent female friends there and they have all been thankful to find a auto shop that treats everyone equally.
