I went here because when I get haircuts I have one side that if cut too short sticks straight out as the hair grows. haircuts here have been perfect and I recommend her to cut your hair.

Awful experience! She quoted me a price of $85.00 For a root touch up and cut. The roots were way too light for the rest of the hair. She charged me an extra $20.00 to blow out for " long hair"' my hair is past my shoulders! I called her about the discrepancy and she was rude, My roots took her 2 colors to get it right. I called her to tell her that the roots were getting lighter and lighter and she basically told me not to come back. Not smart to treat a customer like that! Especially in this economy. She needs to learn the basics that the customer is always right and offer to correct her mistake. She mentioned that she gave me a $40 conditioning treatment free, I did not ask for it! I would have rather have had the roots match the rest of my hair! I tipped her well and do not recommend!
