He was referred to me by a friend I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to his shop to replace my alternator I showed up at the set appointment time and he took my car in immediately and finish the job in about an hour. “New Success Story - fuel vapor canister exploded in Suburban and went through entire system... Tommy battled this for a month changing/purging/blowing etc around my schedule and for the first time since DECEMBER, I was able to fill my vehicle with gas! Final push was dropping the fuel tank and discovered the debris jammed the vents and even the pump had issues. This was a crazy tough issue but happy and on the road... with a FULL tank again..Battled AC in my F150 through 3 shops! Tough electrical issue was the root cause. Tommy struggled as did all BUT found it! Even gave me my car back at night to drive and I’d return it in the AM to continue investigating… saved a rental cost. Could not ask for better service and bringing another more challenging one to him next… wish him luck!”

“I was in town visiting my boyfriend and on the way I popped a tired. Being in college on spring break I was not prepared to pay for a new tire. I stopped at another place in town and they were asking over $200 to replace the tire but I only needed something to get me back to Georgia. I called rite and Carlos was super polite over the phone and told me he would do his best for me. I pulled up and he was immediately ready to help. I told him the situation and he got me in and out for half the price with a great tire and made me, as a young girl, feel heard and respected the entire time. Carlos was extremely helpful the, wanted to make sure I was happy, and I he told me any time he can help, he will. I am now home safe thanks to Carlos and his shop. 10/10 such a good experience for something I really expected to ruin my day:)”

When I went to the dealer they said there was no problem, and they didn't want to help me. Only when I got to William Tires and Wheels was the problem solved. I had a tire that was shaking and Jose and his brother fixed it quickly. I arrived with my problems and José said that he was going to check all four tires, not just the one that worried me. He balanced them and fixed a rim that was crooked. They also change oils and brakes, and other repairs. Very great service. I recommend this site to everyone!!
I showed up because I had a tire that jumped when I drove. I went to dealership where I supposedly have warranty and they said car was absolutely fine, that they couldn't help me. I showed up to William Tires and Wheels and instantly Jose was like let’s check all 4 wheels. I balanced them and immediately told me the issue was the crooked rim inside tires. I have fixed me up and my car is smooth as it can be. Unbelievably satisfied. And super fast. They also do oil changes, fix brakes and other services. Highly recommend!!!”
