Mail Carrier was SPEEDING well ABOVE the posted limit on my road, didn't stop at a SINGLE box either. I seriously doubt all of Murrhee Rd didn't have mail today.

I love our counter worker at post office in Hilliard. Clerk #4. He is knowledgeable, helpful and fast. He isn't warm and fuzzy, but he knows his stuff and is personable.

Waiting on my package. Tracking said it was out for delivery. Next thing I know it says held at post office per customer request. I was working and did not make such a request. Now I have to wait 2 more days since post office is closed until Monday.

After Living in 9 states I have never encountered a worse post office. At least once a week I get delivered my negibor’s mail (ongoing for 8 months) Staff in the post office is rude and slow. Mail carrier cannot shut a brand new box and your mail will be wet. The latest was the best when a package was just dropped at the base of the mailbox for anyone to take due to gated entry yet prior too we could place it on the locked side of the gate! Do whatever you can to avoid this place.

I don’t understand how you can send a package back to the sender and say ‘no address’ when the sender sent me a picture with the address clearly on the package they had sent and not a piece of our address information was missing before even sending it, sounds like a lazy excuse to me. I understand staff shortages but this is just getting lazy, how about just send something asking to come pick it up at the office before you send it back across the country and now we gotta deal with your terrible services again. I see I’m not the only complaint of this issue too, maybe y’all should really look into this.

I have continuously received my neighbors mail while not receiving any of my own. I have been waiting for a particular piece of mail since October the post office has returned it twice saying wrong address when it is the correct address. I get no mail other than junk mail delivered to me while I get other peoples bills in my mailbox. Another neighbor stated that she found a stack of mail on top of all the mailboxes at one point like the mailman decided not to put them in the boxes and just put them on top of the mailboxes instead. Talking to the post office has done nothing to fix the issue!

The postal person for the apartment route delivered my package to someone else’s door. I’d like to know where it is and what I can do to get my package. I’ve heard of this happening quite frequently at my apartment complex.

This service sucks they were supposed to live in my package today and they said that they could not deliver the package because the driveway or front door was not accessible and that’s not true because they’ve delivered to the same address plenty of times before and nothing is changed now I have to figure out where my package is going to be delivered and nobody’s answering the phone
