Nice little turf runway in Northeast Florida. Self-service fuel 100 octane low lead 24/7. Pilot control edge lighting on unicorn frequency. Crew car available, bathroom snack bar 24/7. One of those places you just never know what you'll see. All kinds of experimental and general aviation aircraft base there. All kinds of transient aircraft from time to time. This is a public airport owned and operated by the town of Hilliard. Cheap gas most of the time.

Gets soggy when wet. Gas pump seems to be working now. 25OCT2021 We'll see. Only pumped 6 gallons into Cub and I overflowed it by expecting it to pump slow. . At one time took 48 seconds a gallon. But the airport association said they spent HUGE amounts of money to fix it. Up in the 20k and over range. Maybe someday they'll get a paved runway and more fuel revenue, and then the real taildragger pilots can show their skill on a paved runway. But let's keep the grass taxiway. Wink.

Not many Public use grass strips around. Hilliard is a great grass strip with the best fuel prices around.
