They could not read as they keep delivering mail to wrong mail boxes, loosing or stealing the mail or do not give a fxcx as they are receiving their paychecks anyway. USPS site is not working, disgrace.

Every time we get a package delivered it gets stuffed into the mailbox, usually bent and/or crushed so it fits. This is absolutely unacceptable as I've had several packages ruined, some even completely destroyed, all because our mail carrier can't do their job properly. I am reluctant to file a complaint because I would hate to be the cause of someone losing their job in these tough times, but I wish they would just stop with this nonsense!

They take their lunch 12:45 Till after 2 and don't make a point to call and complain because they will just keep telling you the hours that are posted online and on the door that they don't follow and ask you to call if you have issue with packages and tracking issues not with the staff. I wish I had a job I could just clock out and walk away from as I please.

5 STARS . . . if you're blessed to get the VERY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff person named Anna!!! She continually goes out of her way to be of assistance and is more than happy to do so. I try to go only when she is working.

This is a small post office with unique hours. Conveniently located. Small parking lot but easy to get in and out of. I couldn't give it 5 stars because they don't offer any self service options like a kiosk or way to get materials/stamps outside of their business hours which are limited. If you work traditional hours this isn't a place that will suit your shipping needs. They are only open 9-4 and closed daily from 1-2 for lunch. The only thing you can do outside of their business hours is drop off a letter/small package and check a PO Box if you have one.

The employees are friendly & take the time to answer questions. They have also been known to give me pointers for the future that are very helpful! They are knowledgeable & efficient!

Cecilia is very unprofessional. I absolutely hate this place Cecilia argued with my husband over a package that was tracked an ready to b picked up telling him he cant have it cause it was after 10 am what the heck we pick up mail after 10 am that is the POLICY my husband was so upset about it that i had to go back up ther i asked what the deal was with why is she constantly give us grief this lady is making up rules as she goes she intentionally gave me the wrong number to the supervisor so i couldnt make a case against her she refused to give me the impoo number as wll then went to the office and didnt come back out how can u do this to some body oh my she made us feel as though she was wanting to keep it for herself

The lady that worked on December 19 at 11:25 AM was disrespectful. I was speechless the way she threw my envelop on the other side of the counter and told me it didn't print correctly on the duplicated side. She wanted me to hand her my envelop after she threw it on other side of the counter! No you can walk around the counter and pick it up! She is a very sad person!
