“Best post office I’ve been to in a long time! I was at the post office near the hospital in Coral Springs and the line was horrendous. There was only one person working and I felt so bad that they were there by themselves and the long had 10 people in it and counting. “My package was brought to the wrong facility. It didn’t get delivered and honestly I am very upset with the whole situation.I do want to thank the two women who spoke to me today about it. The lady in the store directing me to her boss and her boss at the facility. It was at closing time after she clearly already had a really rough day. I’m sure I didn’t make it any better. But she still went the extra mile and tried to help me the best she could. I’ll be praying this woman gets some much needed rest and recognition that she deserves.”

“You must adjust your expectations for a government run facility in the U.S, there will be long lines and short staff.
For me, the employees were all super nice and helpful, that made the experience for me as I shipped out my package.”
“Sometimes it can be super busy during lunch and I’d recommend prepaying for your postage using the flat rate boxes. I was in and out in less than 2 mins. Also the staff are super friendly!”
