My husband and I were delighted to work with Amy Blake from O’Grady Realty (at Delray Sands) on the sale of our Highland Beach condominium. A number of issues complicated the listing and sale of our unit, including new state requirements to fund condominium reserves, high insurance rates, high mortgage rates, and uncertainty about our building’s special assessments. Amy showed our unit while our building was doing noisy and dusty waterproofing work and the common areas were badly in need of renovation.Despite these challenges and the tricky market, Amy sold our condominium for a good price in just over a month. And Amy took care of us every step of the way--doing a careful market analysis, patiently talking us through the issues and options, thinking creatively about advertising, making contacts, working with the purchaser, mortgage company, and title company, and even helping us re-house furniture we didn’t want to move.We think that Amy protected our interests and worked honestly, transparently, and kindly. Amy was a shining star in a challenging transaction!! My husband and I can’t recommend Amy Blake highly enough!! Amy is a gem!

Debra Keller and her group did a stellar job finding my mom the perfect condo . The Keller's are right on target with understanding market trends and preempting run ups in market spikes in order to solidify lasting value for their clients. It helps to deal with people who are tough on negotiations, but warm human beings who understand how important it is to find a home that feels familiar and comfortable to call one's own.We were back and forth for 1.5 years as my mom decided to rent for part of the time because prices were spiking in Florida and began pricing her out of certain properties on the beach. In the Florida market, the Keller's taught us that all one's ducks must be in a row and ready to make an offer asap when the property is right. My mom was able to find a great space with space to spare at a very attractive price point thanks to Debra and the Keller's who all worked cohesively on our behalf. I was in Connecticut most of the time, but all the administrative issues were orchestrated by Debra who aided me in every facet of the process. I couldn't have done it without their fastidious help and knowledge. Which is an absolute must when buying in any state, but even more so when out of state.I am happy to speak with anyone thinking of utilizing the Keller's as real estate agents, as my situation required personal and professional expertise rarely found by chance. We got lucky and am happy to relay my good fortune to anyone who wants to know more. I thank you all for being the understanding, patient and empathetic people you remain in a business that can be pretty ruthless. You made the experience as pleasant as possible for all the people and personalities involved.

This office is filled with incredibly talented staff that are very dependable. I sold my house with Scott Porter and Amy Schindeler a while back, they were very honest and dependable! As a client at Ogrady Reality you never have to be left waiting, someone is always there to help, unlike some of the other brokerages I’ve done business with.

I recently worked with Amy Blake Schindler on two real estate transactions and I couldn’t be more pleased working with her. Debbie was awesome! She listened to what was important to us and found us options that matched those requirements. Once we decided to put an offer on the property, Debbie was great at keeping everyone focused to make the closing happen.
