Good small hotel with private beachBest things:- great view- clean and private beach with f&b service- spacious restaurant with good food- well trained and friendly employees at f&b department- good locationThings that need improvement:- cleanliness of a roomWhen we entered the room we discovered that floor is sticky ( too much cleanser) and there was trash behind the table, under tvmake sure that your hsk supervisor checks the room properly before check insBe aware that this hotel is small with a little lobby (formerly holiday inn) and they also use a valet onlyOverall its a good place for a few nights!

Horrible customer service and unprofessionally rude staff who are braking Florida law about people walking along the beach. I would not recommend staying here. Johnny the beach guy is exceptionally hostile and I’ll be putting a formal complaint about his hostile behavior.

My wife and I have enjoyed the last 5 nights at this hotel and because I formerly owned a condo about a mile from this hotel, I am familiar with the area. This hotel is right on the beach, the restaurant is good and the staff is very friendly.The one serious problem with this hotel is that every guest with a car has to use valet and although the cost is included in the room price, the valet service is totally overwhelmed. There should be a an optional self parking area to avoid the long lines at valet.

Title: “Dedicated Service, Disappointing Resolution”I recently encountered an issue with accessing my Netflix account during my stay, and the staff at Delray Sands were quick to assist. The technician who came to troubleshoot was dedicated and made genuine efforts to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, they couldn’t get it working.Despite the technician’s best efforts, the situation was not fully resolved. When I reached out to the manager for further assistance, I was disappointed by the response. While I understand that technical issues can arise, the refusal to offer any form of compensation or alternative solution left me feeling dissatisfied with the level of service provided.Overall, while the initial efforts to address the issue were commendable, the lack of resolution and the response from management regarding compensation for the inconvenience were disappointing. I hope that in the future, there will be more proactive measures in place to address similar situations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maybe it's petty but as a guest I went to the restaurant to get a cup of take-out coffee and was charged $5!

Sister property of the Opal. I found the beds to not be very comfortable. The air-conditioning wasn’t great, but the room itself was very nice bathroom big location really great. AVOID THE SANDS. I booked 2 rooms at their sister hotel, the Opal in Delray. When I booked that reservation at the Opal, the reservation department mistakenly booked me at the Sands. I called them the next day after seeing that the Sands charged my credit card. They would not refund the mistake they made for a total of $1,699.76.When I contacted the Manager, Cheryl O'dell via email,SHE BLOCKED MY MESSAGE.That is no way to run a business. Shame on the Sands owners for allowing this to happen.

Very nice resort right on the beach the placeIs very clean and the service is excellent the restaurant has great food beach front and great cocktails can’t go wrong with the location it’s a great getaway and Vacation been going here for years keep up the great service also the manager Derick runs a great crew

This hotel is lovely and the staff were wonderful. They surprised us for our anniversary with champagne in the room and the accommodations were perfect.Food & drinks: Latitudes on site is an elegant restaurant with an amazing ocean front view.

Had Christmas dinner there ...was our 4th. visit to Latitudes Restaurant... great food, excellent service, and the best ocean view of any restaurant in the area!!!!
