they refused to honor a gift card which I purchased from them. very rude about the whole situation, snatched my cart out of my hand and refused to give them back. save your time and your money go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE experience, very disappointing! I decided to try a new nail salon but this one was a bad choice. All I wanted to do was get a nice relaxing mani/pedi bc I've been stressed. As soon as I walked in the man was aggressive and rude. He did not greet me but the lady did. She appeared embarrassed about his behavior. He kept asking what do you want? Once I told him, he gave me 2 different prices that was higher then what was listed on the pricing board. Once I called him out on it he finally gave me the correct price. I should've walked out then bc he was trying to rip me off. He was impatient & rushed me to pick out a color & get in the pedicure chair. There was only one other customer in the entire salon so they weren't busy at all. He rushed through the entire process. He cut my nails uneven, the paint job was sloppy & the gel began peeling off on day 5. Apparently he had a cold or allergies bc he coughed & snorted the entire time I was in the nail chair. Thank goodness he was wearing a mask. He was extremely unprofessional. I didn't feel appreciated as a customer & he said thank you with a nasty attitude. Don't waste your money. I will NEVER set foot in that place again!!!

Do waste you money or your time. I took my two granddaughters to have a manicure. They asked for a design on their nails and was rudely told they couldn’t have them they didn’t do designs. But clearly on their Facebook page it showed photos of kids with design nails. The man did their nails, took about 6 minutes for each girl. Did not trim cuticles, shape very well or paint very well. At check out I was told $35.00 so I handed him my gift cards and he very rudely said that those were not his gift cards and I must have purchased them somewhere . I showed him his name address and phone number. On the cards. Next he said that they were expired and he would not take them. I told him I had checked online and the cards had $10 on one and 25 on the other and the gift card had no expiration date anywhere on it. Finally his wife speaks up and says that they did have those cards but it been a while since they had use them. He still did not want to take them saying they were expired but I pointed out they had balances on them. He finally offered me $20 off the bill which I took at that time regrettably my granddaughters were embarrassed at his actions and their nails. Very unprofessional, rude and inapt doing nails save your money.

Wow, all the previous reviews are spot on. I wish I read them beforehand.Nasty dirty and not sanitary conditions.Cockroachs climbing the wall and manicure station. Plexiglass was dirty, Filth build up on most surfaces and not a clean environment to get any services performed. Health Department will be notified. Go here at your own peril ☠️☠️☠️

The only thing nice about this place is pedicure chairs....The gentleman cut my cuticles to bleeding ( probably because they didn't use cuticle softner....then I literally got in the car after my gel polish was caked on and could peel it off with nail, which defeated the purpose of gel polish. Then they wouldn't refund me unless I let them take the rest of the polish off...This was $60 charge btw! Please save your money and time

Absolutely rude and awful job. The man who did my full set was very aggressive. When I left I called because there was acrylic under my nails he basically said sorry and hung up. I work a lot for a living. So getting my nails done is far and few in between. Todays treat has turned into something now I just get to go get them soaked off somewhere. Awful job, rude customer service. Calling health department because as my nails were drying a freaking cockroach crawled across where he had been sitting.

worst manicure i’ve ever had. took 10 mins total, i asked for dip and got gel polish. all nails were different shapes. all were on my cuticles. all were not fully painted. and when i went in to get them taken off and ask for a refund she says “it’s not my fault you don’t like them” she used the drill on my skin several times and left my hands looking a mess. never again. never. again.Service: Manicures

Not good service they cut me under my nail and I went in for a full set but instead they cut my nails with nail clippers and pulled them off and did a full set they got powder on my skin on all nails and kept commenting on my sweety hand even though I told them it was a condition I had since I was born I was so embarrassing for her keep saying I have sweety hands I’ve never had a salon do this and my nails still hurt from the ruff treatment

The guy put on my nails on crooked and too much glue underneath the fingernails did not have no under nails at all.I ask him to take the glue out of my nails and fix them he was going to charge me extra, why would I be charged something that u messed up the 1st place. so I am giving them a star because of his poor service and I will be finding a other place to go .Service: Manicure
