I got my eyelashes done today One of them is already coming off. Also had my nails done one side of them is not even properly filed. I had to request for a new bit to be put on their Dremel drill so I would not catch a fungus there was not proper disinfect used for the brushes. I will be back tomorrow for them to fix my lashes. Was asked if we had appt for pedi. When we said no, was treated with bad attitude. Pedi was bare minimum, not sure if sterile equipment was used as i now have a toenail that is itching at the nail bed. Not going back.Service: Pedicure

Not the worst place to get your nails, but not very nice. Typical Asian business. Not very polite, talk about you infront of you. They think your stupid. Pedicure and manicure were ok. Bit high price for High Springs. But I will go to Orlando or Tampa next time. They need to be more professional and up their game. Went my first time a few weeks ago and got powder dipped. They held up for 3 weeks and they were still strong when I got them redone, just wanted a different design. I went back the second time and they did amazing again. Definitely my go to place now

I went in for a pedicure while my 10 year old was getting acrylic nails. They barely spent any time doing the pedicure. Didn't massage my feet or anything. My feet are still dry and didn't get all the dead skin off. They only let my feet soak for at most 2 minutes. Then they charged me $60 for my daughter acrylic saying bc she got the coffin style and French tip it was more expensive. Why didn't they ask me first before doing all of that. Was so disappointed with the whole service. I will not be returning again.

I took my daughter in to get tips on for a dance. Showed the nail tech a picture. Basic thin French. The lady decided she would nicely guide us to thinking something else would look better. We bent a little going with white tips instead of clear. The white tips ended up being much too thick for my daughters small hands. The nails were not filed, cuticles weren't even cut back. Acrylic on nails are not smooth. I attempted to let them know several times I was not happy but the lady always came back with "this looks better". We went in at 5:30. Left at 6:30 and they locked the doors behind us because they close at 7. Maybe they just wanted to get out of there but needless to say it was a terrible experience for me and my daughter.

Not impressed with thisplace at all. My friend and I went by on Saturday for the Jelly pedi and dip nails. The quality of the service was below par. The owner was on her personal phone the whole time and not paying attention to my toes. My nails were done super thin that by Wednesday 3 had already broke. Now im having to pull the remaining off. WORST SALON IVE BEEN TO. EXTREMELY RUDE OLDER LADY THAT SCUFFS HER FEET, TALKS AS IF SHE DOING YOU A FAVOR INSTEAD OF TREATING YOU AS A CUSTOMER. I CAN NOT EXPRESS ENOUGH ABOUT HER INDIVIDUALLY. SHE GAVE A HORRIBLE PEDICURE & massage if you can call it that.Didn’t trim cuticles. Witnessed they DO NOT STERILIZE after using tubs or with instruments. After they were kind enough to give me one.ID RATHER NOT HAVE MY NAILS DONE IF I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO GO HERE.Services: Pedicure
