Worse experience I've ever had. I was made to go back there four to five times to get my husband medication after his surgery. They insulted me trying to say there was forgery which there wasn't. It took six hours for me to get it going back and forth. They were rude and looked down on me. Made me give the only cash I had cause she wouldn't put in my workmans comp info. They Didn't want to stay five minutes later.i will never go there again. They don't care about there customers

My brother was hit by a train at 17 yo and has brain damage and been unable to work or socialize he takes pain meds along with other necessary meds and this pharmacy treats him like he's an addict. Disgusting!!

The first bad experience was after I had major surgery. My doctor ordered a heavy duty narcotic medication. My friend went and picked it up because I was unable to drive for awhile. When I went to take it I noticed it was a different pain medication that I could take but, it was for 150 pills and was someone else's prescription. When I called and notified them they came and delivered narcotic medication which they are not allowed to do and took hers back to the pharmacy where she was waiting.
The last 3 times my doctor has sent over a prescription I went to the store and they swear nothing has been called, faxed or electronically sent over. I watch her send it before she leaves the room. But the next day the prescription mysteriously appears. I have military insurance and they are constantly running it with Medicare which then my military insurance rejects my prescription. I have told them this 3 times. So, today they told me my prescription cost over 205.00 because my insurance rejected it but gave me my other prescription which was covered for 1.60. I had to straighten it out with Tricare and went back to get my prescription which only cost 2.63. SMH. This location is the worst CVS I have ever encountered and will now drive farther to Walgreens which is always been great, they have better prices and are always polite.

Kudos to your pharmacy people. We are just passing through needed a prescription for my dog, they went over and above to help make that happen, my Tucker had idiopathic Elpilepsy and a day with out meds means seizures for him. They even went as far as to find a discount for the medication. We want to say thank you very much !!

They don’t answer phone calls. It is required to leave a voicemail. No option to talk to someone in the pharmacy. Just have to hope they call you back. Very inconvenient and horrible customer service. I could never imagine having a business but not having an option to take someones call immediately

Automated phone service is the worst. Will not let you talk with a person, Makes you leave a message and when you do, no one calls you back. It's all about the money , they don't have enough employees to answer the phone. When I called Walgreens, when CVS did not have a home covid test kit a person answered the phone, looked down the isle and told me they had the kits. I am with the Florida Retirement system insurance must have paid them off cause CVS has the worst costumer service of any Pharmacy.

Seriously understaffed. Waiting in the pharmacy line with 15 people in front of me. Pharmacy drive thru is broken. Will avoid at all costs going forward. Do better cvs.

I stopped having my scripts filled at CVS over 5 years ago. So many issues with incompetent employees. The Pharmacist back then was very good. The pressure was too much to handle by himself, as employees would not come to work whether he was there or not. He often had to come in on his off days. Eventually, he relocated to a different CVS. After he left a new NO communication Pharmacist with a bad attitude took over. I sent several letters to their headquarters about her and that location. My monthly meds were almost always out of stock.I switched to Publix Pharmacy... the place to go for everything. Pleasant staff, all the major vaccines, online access system that works, vaccine appointments, vaccine reminders, apologies when they make a mistake, etc. The staff and Pharmacist are well trained in their job.

After 4 messages left and no return phone call i stop in . I,ask how much is this prescription without insurance? I was told if I downloaded the app I stop lady mid sentence nope don't wanna do that well if u get good rx it will tell the price she folloqs up with . Wth ??? U can't tell me a price I understand u got all the winn dixie overflow and cvs didn't hire more ppl to help u. Not my fault But just tell me I'm bizzy and we have all the customers we need at this time . I did and will go elsewhere. Why I was at Winn-Dixie pharmacy not cvs to begin with customer service sucks
