I recently purchased some tires for my truck from another company and needed to have the old one’s removed & the new one’s installed. I called around and found that Auto ER had the cheapest price in town for the this! I was able to get an appointment the next day and got the job completed earlier than I was told (dropped it off in the AM on the way to work). They also have a neat electronic receipt that shows you pictures of their inspection, showing you photographed evidence of what needs to be replaced and what doesn’t.

I'm new to the high springs area. I needed a place to get my vehicle serviced. Since my coolant sensor was on. My reservoir was low. So that was the main reason I needed to take it in. And I just purchased the vehicle not long ago from friend so I wanted to get full service as well. I asked my neighbor for references. He specifically mentioned City Boys left him with bad experience but he wasn't sure if it was the case today as that was years ago. So I figured they may have got their act up, they were closer to me, so I went to them to service my vehicle. The manager guy was great and friendly. I felt I was in good hands. After leaving it with them I received my invoice and I was messaged my vehicle was ready. Met up with the manager who originally took my order. He made comments about the kids that work with him and their work ethic. Closed out my tab and left. I had a long drive back to Orlando that day. As I'm driving to Orlando, my coolant sensor lit up. Thinking it must be a mistake. I went to look under my hood. To find out no coolant was added to the reservoir. Again my coolant was the main discussion and reason I brought the vehicle in. It was the same level when I brought it into the shop. I had to invest more money out of my pocket to purchase coolant. And I was put at risk of me driving all the way to Orlando with limited coolant in my vehicle after I serviced it. I took a picture of it as a reference. They text me asking about my service. I responded with this feedback. Never heard back from them.
I don't think the kids were the issue. These failures stem from leadership on the top of an organization. I should have trusted my neighbors opinion before going to City Boys. Since I'm new to this town. I'm hoping this is not the type of service you expect from High Springs businesses.

been bringing my car here since i moved to high springs 4 years ago and these guys have taken awesome care of my vehicles. super friendly and honest. i always have my car back by the next day even without an appointment. they're pricier than the corporate places in gainesville but well worth it for the quality of service!

Had appointment took my Suburban in had new tires put on alignment done oil changed ,windshield wipers changed was all done at a reasonable time and price I go there for both my cars.

Great service! I’ve taken my vehicles there and they were able to swap out my tires on 19” wheels and 20” wheels with no issues. I had my tires delivered directly to their location from TireRack.
