I gave a star only to comment because it really does not deserve a single star. I made an online order. I checked to see if the product was available. They gave me a time to pick up. When I go to pick up my order, they tell me that it is not available. It is common for me to say that I pick it up at such and such a date and at such and such a time and it is not there but is there for another date. The truth is that I am disappointed and I do not recommend that you buy online in this store because the order I placed was for a gift and I will no longer be able to deliver the gift that it was today, given the inefficiency and inability that they have, I will not be able to give the gift today what a shame

This store is very racist I am highly upset I will be getting a lawyer there was another group of black girls and the store stealing and they accuse me of stealing because I’m black to I was in the store with my kids when I left out I seen someone take a picture of my van for no apparent reason I went back and the store and ask why did they take a picture of my van I didn’t do anything they lied and swear me up and down they didn’t take a picture of my van the store manager was very rude to me when I was talking to him and told him to check his Camares because I don’t like being accuse of something I didn’t do and the crazy part is that was my first time ever and the store smh I will never ever go there again

I will never buy here again!!!
I bought some Nike shoes, $106.99, and literally before 5 days they broke, I went to change them or get my money back and THE MANAGER told me that it simply couldn't be done because they weren't loose or it wasn't a factory defect . I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW 100 dollar SHOES break after 5 days. Don't buy in this store!
Go to another store if you don't want to waste your money!!!!

With only one customer in front of me I have to wait more than 30min while the manager was standing next to the cashier and don’t take the line.Really bad in process of moving the line

The manager at this location is very very rude and doesn’t like to help if you ask questions about absolutely anything. So you’re better off asking the security for help they are A LOT nicer and will help you with anything you need, and if not will find you someone else that is willing to help you or and take their time.
