I understand clearly why this location getting bad ratings. I just personally experienced how poor was the customer service. Specially short girl Photo Booth, I saw my passport pictures come out from the machine and I told her, my photos already printed and she just please wait my turn, I looked around and nobody was there except me. I keep waiting and waiting, she took her precious time, goes here and there, all she needs to do turn her back give it my photos. No she started to changing machine supplies, I told her, miss! My pictures are ready and I have passport appointment, she wait your turn if you don’t like it you can leave!! I told her nobody here which line you talking about just give my pictures and she turn her back and keep doing other things. I just left ,, never go back there,,,

Horrible service at the pharmacy. I was made to wait at the window behind the car in front of me for 40 minutes and another 30 minutes when it was my turn even though my medication had been pre ordered and I was notified it was ready. The he reason.I was given was that the doctor was busy giving a vaccine. No other person there was able to assist. They’re all incompetent. This was on February 6th and the doctor was Dr. Jordan. He was making everyone unnecessarily wait while there were only 2 ppl inside as well. Not a packed pharmacy. Honestly disgraceful.

It seems disrespectful to me that when buying cigarettes from older people they ask for ID, that would be fine for minors but older people, totally disrespectful. I don't recommend continuing to buy anything at Walgreens. Stop buying there. There are better stores and better pharmacies. Let's pay. for the things they do.

Very poor service at the pharmacy. A man needed his medicine Losartan for his blood pressure because he had not taken it for more than two days and one of the dispatchers named Raisa told him that nothing appears in the system because his doctor had not sent the prescription for his medicine. . The man called his doctor and he told him twice that he had sent the medicine and Walgreen had also confirmed it. The man insisted so much, they searched and saw that his medicine was for delivery. They didn't check everything where they should. It was the second time that the Lord went through that. When they tell the doctor responsible for Walgreen at that moment, he remains silent and only says that these things happen. What he should actually say was, let's see how we can resolve this. They already reviewed it well. Very bad service. Terrible, they should have more professional staff. It is not just about talking nice but also about being efficient because the health and even the lives of many patients depend on it.

This place is horrendous. I scheduled an appointment for 11:15 for testing. As I write this review it is 12:05pm and I am still waiting. Meanwhile they have allowed 6 different individuals to pass and been attended prior to them acknowledging me. DR. MARIA ISABEL is the attending pharmacist acting as a doctor who has no regard for care time or safety of other patients. In my opinion this pharmacy should be looked into as it is the WORST of all walgreens pharmacies I've been too.

I went to this place today and the worst service was doing a passport check and the girl, as it was her lunch hour, took the photo of the child and from the first look, how it looked and how I didn't like the photo, she told me that I couldn't take it back. I had to wait for her to have lunch and then she would fuck me with the worst and most disappointing treatment in this place.

The truth is that the service is terrible, in the pharmacy, you have to call a thousand times to find out if the medicine is ready and then to have it sent, they do it so badly that they bring you the one you least need, and if not they don't carry it, even though you are paying
