What a nightmare!! This is the worst pharmacy ever. Rudest pharmacist, awful employees. Dr. called for a new rx, and a week later, when I called to check the status in the morning, they told me to come over. It's ready. When I got there, the rudest personnel ever said it's too soon for a refill. They didn't even read that Dr. had changed the dosage! Filling a complaint as I am a disabled person, and they denied service and told me to come back!

The service in person, by phone & via app deserve a zero star. I had been waiting on refills for 2 RXs, one with an auto refill the other with a verified refill as of the 5th. Repeated attempts to obtain the status via the app & automated phone system were of no help. I went into the pharmacy at 9am yesterday, it was closed but not really surprised as they are consistently late. I left, called about 9:10 someone someone picked up & hung up the phone, I called again & spoke to "Carmen" who told me to call back. When I said I couldn't she abruptly took the info for 1 RX to me to call back in an hour to make sure it was ready. I never got the chance to give her the 2nd RX. I placed the order via the app & auto system again. Also had my provider send s communication. Later that day I tried to resolve the issue with "Carol" via telephone who disconnected me 2x. I addressed my experience with the "pharmacist" the next day who advised me that calls go through a "call center" & there was no "Carmen" on the staff. I requested contact information to contact corporate office & she said she would send an email. When I asked for her name, she said she was the "pharmacist" When I requested a business card so I could contact corporate directly I was provided a business card with Eve De Jesús, Pharmacy Manager rather than the pharmacist providing me with her own card. I again inquired about Carmen & was met with an awkward silence. I took the card & as I was leaving, a person in the pharmacy line stopped me & said "I think Carmen is the pharmacist..." Since that date I am still awaiting a response from Walgreens Corporate Office. I have contacted my providers to move my RX's to CVS. There is some real concern here, looking into contacting pharmacy board to make sure whoever the pharmacist is has the proper credentials & no complaints

Worst pharmacy ever. They refused to take the GoodRX code. Mind you I've been using Walgreens for over 25 years and everything ran through GoodRX. After calling several other Walgreens locations and they all said I am able to use the code. Very poor customer service even by pharmacy manager. She was even told by another location that I am allowed to use it. I will drive 25 miles to get the proper price and customer service for the right price at a different Walgreens. Ridiculous. Just like they refused to transfer my prescription to another store. The store said yes they could do it. Very horrible experience I will be calling the cooperate office and reporting such disgusting service. Horrible. They're lazy no wonder this store has horrible reviews.

Usually the store area is pretty good, but the pharmacy is horrible. Doctors call prescription and after many hours you go pick them up and they never have them ready. My husband's dr called 7 hrs ago to prescribe a medication and when my husband went now to pick up they didn't have it. While my husband was talking on the phone with the dr they still didn't fill it because they were closing and couldn't give him the medication today. The pharmacy staff is slow and with the worse personality ever. They need training on how to deal with costumers. Definitely time to change pharmacy.

Regarding the pharmacy: There's always a long wait, even when there isn't a line in or out in the drive through. You will stand for a long time before someone helps you. It'a not they're intention to take long, they just always seem to be short staff.

The worst Walgreens I've dealt with, left a prescription for 2 days and when we came to pick it up they told us we had to wait 10 mins. They don't know what they're doing in this pharmacy.

I wish there was a 0 star option. This Walgreens has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager has an attitude and behaves like she is forced to be here.
