The reason I'm rating 2 stars is because of the long waiting times. I had to wait over 1 hour to get a vaccine. Walgreens needs to invest in more personnel. The customer service is good ?

worst service ever in the pharmacy told me to wait 15 minutes for my medication, ended up waiting 1 hr for my medication, lady at the front was very rude and would rush people after making them wait on her for a long time. Just overall horrible service, and i will not come back here for my medication.

esta tienda es una mierda. la farmacia es una mierda.todo es una mierda, la gente de la farmacia es una mierda, si no hablas ingles no te ayudan, te ignoran. Ellos no saben mierda de ser farmacéutico. el trabajo no es dificil. es ridículo que no puedan arreglar su mierda. ¿Por qué es tan difícil decirme cuándo volver a recoger mi receta? ¿Por qué es tan difícil ser amable? ¿Por qué es tan difícil hacer tu trabajo y no quejarte o actuar como un marica? Grow up and go find a different job if you can't handle your shit.

el peor servicio de farmacia que hay siempre es lo mismo con ellos el DORTOR manda la receta y nunca tienen nada listo y no llames por que justo ahora estoy en espera por 15 min y me an puesto en holl 4 veses

Worst pharmacy ever. They WILL lie to you about the status of your medications which is the most unprofessional act a pharmacist can do. I advise someone to really look into this pharmacy cause that is very unusual to find in such a large community.

Unfortunately I had to come here today for a perscription, amd the doctor I saw - just choose this pharmacy. I wish he had asked me for my choice, but he hoo. I usually go a cvs right near my home and this was further away. The pharmacy lady who served me was very rude and unfriendly (I should have got her name - she was approx 60, and so miserable looking). I could see they were busy, but? a long wait for the meds too. The lady who gave me my meds was much friendlier though (blonder, younger and friendier). All in all I would never choose to go here again.

The Walgreens at 28th Ave & 68th Street provides you with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE the manager Damian and his Cashier Yirama exceeded my expectations by providing outstanding solution to my problem caused by other agent at another location. I recommend this place highly and they always treat you with respect & dignity I will always shop here never at another location this is close to my neighborhood in Palm Spring North. Love this place thumps up to them.
