I do all my procedures at Vital and I have always been happy with their work, but this time I went to have a pelvic ultrasound and they told me I had to drink 32 ounces of water, I brought a bottle with the 32 ounces of water. water, and every time I went to the table to take the test I said I wasn't ready yet, I had to drink 128 ounces of water, my urine came out in front of people, I ate a lot of water and I thought I was dying , until the next day when I started feeling better.

I have to give a star for the person who gives the appointments, a guy for his voice, because I have tried to get an appointment for two X-rays and X-rays and he gives me options for four weeks or three weeks when I have personally gone there and practically on other occasions and they have been able to do it to me that same day. I cannot complain about the staff that works in that center, my complaint is directed to the guy who gives the appointment who in no way makes an effort to help.

Very bad service, my appointment was for 2:30 pm, I arrived at the place an hour before and it took every 2 hours for them to call me, when I went to the front desk to ask why all the people who were after me called her they told me that The system had another time. Who changed it? No one could tell me, I gave him the phone number where he had received the confirmation of the appointment at 2:30 pm

I gave this place one star because the staff at the front desk is attentive and accommodating. However, they have no respect for the patients' time. Our appointment was at 11 a.m., and we arrived 20 minutes early. It's been almost two hours, and we still haven't been called. My recommendation is that if you're running short on time, don't come to this place. It may be worth it to drive somewhere else.
