Unfortunately this experience has been subpar. Not only after calling three days did I never receive a follow up or an update. After visiting the residence in person, they are randomly closed today. It’s crazy and frustrating since I am leaving out of town. Definitely won’t repeat this mistake again

Fantastic service, Paul and Gilberto are extremely helpful and professional. Took time to explain all the discounts and benefits offered. They made deciding a great pair of glasses so simple. They honestly deserve a raise, I will keep coming back to this location again and again.

The sales experience at this location was very poor. The Sr. Optical Specialist, Gilberto, was dishonest in stating that my wife had asked for the protection plan. He hesitated before answering "Yes". I consulted with my wife, who was waiting in the car, and this was not the case. He had the audacity to lie in front of my face when we were reviewing the total price. After returning from the car, the store manager, Boris, took over and provided an atrocious experience. Given that we were at the store for 2 hours before closing, it's not correct to treat a customer unprofessionally and hustle them. Boris had an issue with me taking a few minutes to review the breakdown of the total price to see what I'm paying for after they’ve lied about the protection plan. It is not the way to conduct business. The turning point was when I moved the iPad to my line of sight to better view the total price without picking it up. Boris stated he could not give me the iPad and zoomed into the price, obscuring the adjacent columns of the page. I will not stand being treated as I did here and proceed with closing a deal here. Absolutely not!Several red flags at this location, including a prior disgruntled customer, who returned to the store with an unresolved issue from 3+ months ago. This was my indication for me to refrain from conducting business here. Please reconsider your visit to this location and take your business elsewhere as Boris would benefit from having a refresher on basic customer service. He lost his time and did not make a sale for the store.

Delighted with my service. I was a little skeptical about returning to this location because of a past experience but it really went much better than I expected. Gilberto and Paul were very polite, patient and above all professional in our entire interaction.The doctor was also excellent, very communicative and explained every detail with care.Thank you very much for helping me decide!
