If I could give it zero stars, it would be better that they charge too much. And when you call to see if the package arrived they don't answer or give another answer. They are not even able to return the money for the package that was stolen. They say the package passed through here fine, but it didn't pass through Cuba, they are scammers. First and last time we tried to ship with them

In this agency they are informal, my friend sent a package for his granddaughter whose birthday today was February 18 and still on this date it has not arrived, they told him it would arrive in a week, so I do not recommend it.
