Please beware, contacted the site multiple times and spoke with different sales reps about purchasing an item online and received different pricing from each sales rep as well as lies about the product availability. Also, was approved for AVA Financing from the site to then suddenly not being approved a few weeks later when trying to place an order. Staff makes you feel like you're wasting their time and not helpful at all. Would not use this site for your jewelry needs at all!

The experience I had with these people was horrible, they don't even deserve a star. I live in Orlando and I drove to Miami to buy an item of clothing and they told me that I was approved and I didn't have any problems and Mrs. Julie sent me the link and when I tried to access the link from my house and it turned out that there was an error with my card, I called my bank and they told me that my card had no problem. I called the jewelry store and they told me that this is not a problem and that I could confidently go and let them They helped, I missed my job, I spent $$ in my time on gas, food and when I get to the jewelry store they tell me that I am the one who has to call the financial company and Mrs. Julie asks me if I speak English because the lady doesn't even speak English. , I call and they tell me that the call volume is very high, so I called in one hour in question, I called 4 times and in the end they told me that they couldn't do anything that I have to apply again in a month that this problem happens very often and if the Mrs. Julie knew that because she didn't tell me from the beginning and I wasn't wasting my time or my $$$ and the 4 hour trip was a nightmare, these people are useless, the experience was a nightmare
