HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DO NOT ATTEND YOU. THE WORKERS TALK AMONG THEM AND IGNORE YOU. YOU SPEND WHOLE HOURS WITHOUT GETTING ANYTHING RESOLVED. THEY SHOULD TALK LESS AND WORK MORE. VERIZON SHOULD TAKE ACTION IF IT WANTS TO KEEP HIALEAH CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMERS LEAVE

Please visit any other Verizon store if possible. Don’t spend your time here; every single sales associate is the equivalent of a used car salesman who will try to upsell you on things you don’t need and lie and cheat to get the most dollars per prospect. Even if you present them with offers on their company website, they'll gaslight you into thinking those offers aren't valid and are bait and switches.

The company is very good but very liars, I bought some phones which they told me that Ivan was going to remove the activation of the phones ? because they couldn't do it and it turns out that I called today because they told me to call so they could take them away and they told me that they can't remove them... very liar ?

Terrible service, I arrived at 6:30 because at that time I leave work, I arrive and a man with a bad character tells me that he is not going to attend to me and that he was going to give me an appointment for tomorrow without even apologizing for not being able to attend to me, in The website says they close at 8pm. It doesn't matter, you cross the sidewalk and I solved my problem on t-mobile.

My worst experience in a store for the sale of cell phone services. I have been trying to solve a promotion that they sold me for 10 months and it was a lie. I wish there was a rate if for 0 stars. First of all the waiting time took for ever when the staff where just standing around. Everyone that I talked to especially Luis was very rude. Then when I was backing my phone up the original person that was helping just left and went to go help another person. So when I needed help again they told me I had to get on the waiting list agin and wait to just turn in my phone. Over all this place is ridiculous customer service wise.
